"I was just a victim, don't make a scene for me," Kire muttered and headed up the stairs to the children's room.

"I don't blame you," the vampire stopped him by the hand. "Apparently, the Lord was very impressed with you. What can we do?"

"Do you justify his actions?"

"No, but... at least you will gain the great strength after contact with a powerful magician."

"Isn't your power enough for me?" Kire said sarcastically.

"The crystal of magic will complete its growth in your body ahead of schedule and one of these days you will become a wizard, as promised."
