"What's going on?"

I can finally see his face. His face looks more on the feminine side. With peach-colored hair that can make him look soft and kind. 'A real pretty boy.' I thought in my head. 'Too bad, I can see through his façade. No wonder Alex hates him.

He looks shocked when he sees Alex but, it was only a second before he hides it. I didn't miss his expression. 'This guy is bad news.'

"Alice, are you okay?'' He comes towards Alice, who's now calmer. Alice is standing really close to Alex but, Damian still squeezes Alex out of the way. He is acting really rude and, everyone is shocked by the situation.

Alex looks really angry and wants to pull Damian out of the way. "Back off!" She yells.

Damian is still smiling while avoiding Alex's hand. "Why?" He asked with a tilted head. Under Alex and everyones' eyes, he is touching Alice's hand, ignoring her uncomfortableness from his action. His action is so smooth, added with his innocent face, people will think he is innocent.

Alex grits her teeth while glaring at Damian. I don't want her to do anything stupid and was about to come and help when Alice starts to speak.

"Let go of my hand." She speaks calmly without any tones in her voice. Alice is now back to her usual temper. If we ignore her red eyes from all the crying.

"Alice, I- I. Said. Let. Go!" Alice cuts off his words and speaks between gritted teeth.

Now, Damian is no longer with a smiling face. "NO!" As he refused, I can see that his grip on Alice's hand is becoming tighter.

"Didn't you heard her? She said, let go!" Alex is becoming angrier and grabs his collar with force.

Alice winced in pain as she tries to pull her hand away from him but failed.

"That's it..." I don't wait for anyone and grabs his hand that's holding Alice. "Don't think I don't know you are going too far." I increase my grip on his wrist in a place where I know will inflict pain the most.

"Guh!!" He groans in pain before releasing his grip on Alice. Alex quickly uses this chance to push Damian away and standing in front of Alice. Protecting Alice behind her while glaring at Damian.

Damian is glaring at me and Alex while holding his painful wrist. 'He only appears for a few minutes and already causes trouble. I bet he's prone to domestic violence in the future.'

[In the original plot, this monster has raped a few girls and make them pregnant before forcing them to get an abortion, only to rapes them again. He hides his trace really well and, many young women died without receiving any justice. He is first interested in Alice because she has what he wanted. A reputation and boundless future because of her background. He started to fall in love with her because he thinks Alice is a strong woman, unlike many frail women he was together with before.] Alex's system explains.

'I thought Alice also like him.'

[Alice only uses him. She never likes anyone in the past. In fact, she never cares about anyone, including herself. The novel ends with her killing herself after completing her revenge by drinking poison beside her mother's grave.]

'Ruthless. Who the fuck wrote that novel?'

"Alice, come on..." Damian is still begging for Alice to comes forward. Too bad Alice didn't bat him any looks anymore. Maybe, this is the last time Alice will have any interaction with him.

"Damian, I think it's best if you don't disturb Alice anymore. Alice clearly doesn't like you." It was Becca who said this. She's really blunt when it comes to speaking the truth.

"What does this have to do with you, BITCH!" He glares at Becca with wide eyes and raises eyebrows. With gritted teeth, he speaks in a threatening voice. "All of you must think of me as a joke, huh?" His voice is low as he looks at everyone's face. He looked at me last before letting a chuckle out of a sudden.

"Come on… I'm joking! Don't be like this..." He changes his expression in a matter of a second from madness to sunny.

'This person is crazy.'

[He's a psychopath.] Said the ball.

"You should go first." It was Vincent who talked. He looks at Damian coldly.

"Okay... Okay…" He raises both his arm before agreeing in lazy tones. His face is still smiling. After receiving Vincent's glare, he looks at everyone one last time before stopping at me last.

I can feel his madness, humiliation, and anger directed towards me but, I didn't spare him any glance. He walks away just like that.

After a few minutes of standing in silence, everyone has the I look at you, and you look at me, the expression on their face. It was Caroline and Cole who breaks the silence at the same time.

"WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON!?" "WHAT HAPPENED JUST NOW!!?" Cole and Caroline both asked at the same time while looking at Alex, Alice, and me.

"Long story short, that guy is bad news, don't get close to him, never walk alone, bring bodyguards with you, always share each other locations with someone you trust, don't use public transportation, make sure your phone has emergency buttons so you can call for helps quickly and bring a small emergency siren with you."

"Is there anything I should add?" I look at Alex for her opinion.

"We should at least bring a self-defense weapon." She answers seriously.

"Seriously? What the hell is going on!?" Cole is still dissatisfied with my answer.

"He's dangerous," I said again.

"Yeah… I can see that." Cole replies in frustrated manners. "But, why… why, though?"

"I've heard from my source," It was Vincent who interrupts, which got everyone's attention on him. "He's involved with illegal activities. Drug dealings, kidnapping, human trafficking, illegally handling of weapons."

"We are talking about the same Damian, right?" He stares at Vincent before taking a deep breath. Because, last time I've checked, he's seventeen. SEVENTEEN!!" He raises his hand and shows seven fingers at Vincent.

"It's true."

Now everyone is looking at Alice with eyes wide open.

I can't help but cover my face and shakes my head before sighing. 'Last time I've checked, this novel was supposed to be a romance novel taken in high school. The only dark thing is the villainess destruction ends. Why do I feel like we are the elementary students who keep gets involved with crimes and criminals?'

[I like Detective Conan.] Said the ball.

'Not now, ball… Not now.'
