Chapter 48 Come and join the dark side

Inside the main hall.

Someone was cultivating on the throne of ice. 

The throne was releasing so much cold energy that it could freeze the whole surrounding, making the main hall look like a refrigerator.

The one who was cultivating on the throne of ice was the Sect Mistress of the Frozen Cloud Asgard. 

Her name was Gong Yunxian.

She heard someone walking toward her and she could tell who it was. 

She slowly opened her eyes and looked at the one who came inside the main hall.

It was Murong Qianxue.

"What is the purpose of their visit?"

She asked her directly without waiting for Murong Qianxue to tell her what was going on outside the gate.

Her cultivation was at the 4th level of the Emperor Profound Realm.

She could perceive everything in the sect.

And she could tell that there were two people outside the gate waiting for her decision. 

One was as strong as her and the other was as strong as Murong Qianxue.

But because Murong Qianxue didn't act hostile to them. 

And she went straight to the main hall, which meant they didn't come here with bad intentions.

They must have wanted to come and look around their sect because of the rumor that their sect was only composed of beautiful women.

"It's Chu Yueli, Sect Mistress. She wants to meet you with a child."

Gong Yunxian nodded and said.

"Is that so? They must have wanted to come and…"

Gong Yunxian stopped speaking and looked at Murong Qianxue again to see if she was really serious.

"Can you say it again?"

"It's Chu Yueli, Sect Mistress. She asked permission to bring a boy around the age of ten inside the sect. She said that the child is very important for the sect. I don't know what she means so I hurriedly come here to inform you."

Gong Yunxian's complexion changed slightly and then she told her.

"Let them in and bring them here right away."

Hearing her, Murong Qianxue nodded.

"Yes, Sect Mistress"

She immediately left the main hall and went toward the gate to tell Chu Yueli about the Sect Mistress's decision.

Gong Yunxian slowly stood up from the throne and she went toward the nearest wall.

She did some hand gestures and the wall began to change.

Inside the wall there was a scroll that was sealed with extreme ice.

Even Gong Yunxian couldn't melt it. 

However, she had listened to something from The Grand Palace Mistress Feng Qianhui about the thousand year calamity.

This scroll would be the key to help them because it was given to them by the one who found their sect, Mu Bingyun.

"I hope that Chu Yueli becomes unfathomably strong in a short time and the child she claims to be important to the sect is related to this scroll."

If they were related to this scroll meant that their sect could avoid the thousand year calamity.

Chu Yuechan listened to her little sister of what happened to her in one year that she went outside the sect.

She felt free for the first time of her life since she cultivated.

She didn't want to go back to being an emotionless popsicle anymore.

"What is the point in becoming strong but can't enjoy it, duh."

Hearing the way she spoke. Chu Yuechan couldn't help but ask with her emotion shown on her extremely beautiful face.

Chu Yueli smirked when she saw how surprised her big sister was.

Hinata's way of food began to shine too brightly. She even used her Byakugan and her profound energy to cook foods and bake snacks.

Naruto accidentally saw it once when she used her gentle fist in preparing the dough.

She was so devoted to cooking the most delicious food and snack for him.

Naruto looked at Chu Yueli who tried to bring her big sister to join her dark side.

If Chu Yuechan tasted those foods and snacks he could tell that she would fall just like Chu Yueli, her little sister.

'Could cookies change people that much?'

'Yes, it could. Naruto-chan should try one that Hinata-chan made as well.'

She told Chu Yueli to come in with Naruto and the Sect Mistress was expecting them.

"I will go with you two."

Chu Yuechan wanted to go with them as well. She was curious about what Chu Yueli had told her and she thought of going with her to Floating Cloud City after this.

Of course, she must ask Gong Yunxian for permission first. 

It wasn't because she was the Sect Mistress but because she was her Step-mother.
