[BL] Dear Hushand, I want divorce

"Do you love...me?" My eyes stung as I asked my so-called husband. "No," he said quietly. "I don't love you. I don't need to love you. I just need to take care of you as I promised your father before he died." My world crumbled down on me. His words hit me like a physical blow. I staggered back, the world spinning around me. "S-So that's it? This whole time, you've been with me out of some sense of duty?" Elijah looked away, unable to meet my gaze. "Your father asked me to look after you, to make sure you were happy and safe. That's what I've been trying to do." "Fine then. Let's get a divorce!" I announced, loud and clear. ___ Ash always believed he could make his cold and vicious hubby fall in love with him. However, after three years of marriage, Ash received only betrayal from Elijah. Elijah never loved him and was only with Ash because he promised Ash's father that he would take care of him after his death. Ash, heartbroken and sorrowful, decided to quit his marriage. However, when he handed Elijah the divorce papers, he ripped them pieces and pushed Ash against the wall. "You have lost your mind if you think I will ever divorce you." Elijah glared, but Ash was unaffected by his rage. However, once Ash had left him for good, Elijah realised how deeply he loved him, and not just because of his responsibility to Ash. So he resolved to go after Ash and bring him back. Amidst this, he came to know that Ash was the one who caused the accident four years ago in which Elijah lost both of his parents. He had investigated this case for years but now that he found out it was Ash, he was devastated. "Come back before I lose my mind and do something you will regret." But can an emotionless and frigid man who has never learned to express affection or feelings approach the love of his life while he conflicted between taking his revenge and loving Ash?

You belong to me

Elijah's pov ;

It had been a grueling day at the office, and the tension in my shoulders was a constant reminder of the stress I had been under.

But the real source of my frustration wasn't the work—it was Ash. Every time I saw him, he would be surrounded by admiring colleagues, which would erupt a fire within me. They couldn't get enough of him, and it drove me insane.

It's not like I was jealous or anything. However, I brought him here to insult him, not to make him into the golden boy of the company.

"I have watched all your movies," one of the new interns said as I halted in my tracks, watching them from a distance. "You're a legend! And to think you're working in this department, just like the rest of us..."

"Oh, it's nothing, really," he smiled shyly. "I've learned so much already, thanks to the amazing guidance of you Ms. Keller."

"You're more handsome in real life," One of the female colleagues touches his arm flirtatiously.

"That's very kind of you," he turned to her, face as red as a tomato. "I can say the same about you. You're all such talented employees. And it's wonderful to see everyone being so creative."

My eyes followed her hand that was touching him, she didn't take it away and he too, didn't seem to mind it at all.

But I was fuming inside. My eyes twitched in anger and my hands clenched tightly.

I couldn't stand the thought of another woman getting to touch him. What is happening? Am I seriously jealous right now?

What a load of bullshit! How can I be jealous over someone so cheap and sleazy? He belonged to me since I have particularly brought him. And I don't like someone else touching what's mine.

I cleared my throat loudly as I approached them, causing some of them to startle and others to shoot me annoyed glances as if I cared.

"I'm glad you all are having fun," I announced sharply, my tone cutting through their camaraderie. "Back to work now, everyone. Since I don't pay you for having fun. We have deadlines to meet."

The group dispersed reluctantly, leaving Ash looking slightly bewildered at my abrupt intervention. I ignored his questioning gaze and motioned for him to follow me into a quieter corner of the office.

"What was that about?" he inquired behind me.

I fixed him with a stern look. "You seem to be enjoying the attention a bit too much," I said coolly. "Remember, you're here to be my secretary, and not to flirt."

He blinked at me, and I could tell I had caught him off guard. He opened his mouth to speak, but then closed it again, seeming to decide against whatever retort had been on his tongue.

He nodded silently, not wanting to escalate the tension further. I knew I was being unreasonable, but I couldn't help the surge of possessiveness that gripped me whenever I saw others showing interest in him.

"Good," I said, satisfied that I had made my point. I turned and walked back to my office. "Now, follow me."

Once we were inside, I closed the door and turned to face him. He looked a little uneasy, but also defiant. It's better if I keep him around so that he doesn't get a chance to look sweet at other people.

"What was it that you wanted to show me?" He questioned, his voice a bit cold.

I ignored his tone and reached for a folder on my desk. "Here," I let out, handing it to him. "This is the proposal for the ad campaign we're working on. I need you to go through it and make any necessary revisions before we present it to the client."

Ash took the folder from me and scanned the pages. He looked like a lost child. Soon, a flush crept up his cheeks. He looked up at me with a bashful expression.

"I...don't know how to do it. I have never done this type of work before," he admitted embarrassingly.

I glared at him, feeling my anger starting to rise. How could he be so irresponsible? Had he even looked at the proposal at all?

"Well, then it's about time you learned," I said icily. "I didn't bring you here to make friends. You're here to work, and I expect you to pull your weight."

His face flushed an even deeper shade of red, but he held my gaze. "I'll try my best," he said quietly.

I continued to stare at him, trying to control my temper. This boy was going to be the death of me.

"Fine," I declared, exhaling a frustrated sigh. "Come with me."

I led him to a small conference room where I had set up a mock campaign for him to work on. He sat down and began looking through the materials, his brow furrowed in concentration.

I leaned over his shoulder, pointing out different aspects of the campaign. "Here's an example of how we've done this in the past. And here are some notes from our client. You'll need to incorporate their feedback into the revised proposal."

Ash nodded, listening attentively as I explained the process. His close proximity was making me slightly dizzy, and I had to fight to keep my focus on the task at hand.

After a few minutes, I straightened up, clearing my throat. "Think you can handle it?"

He glanced up at me, his expression serious. "I'll do my best."

I rolled my eyes. "Whatever, just don't fuck it up."

I walked back to my office, shaking my head. What had I gotten myself into? But it's better than seeing him fooling around.

********

Later that evening, the company announced a dinner party on the occasion of the end of the week. As a thank you gesture for the hard work of every employee.

In the restaurant, I made sure to keep Ash sitting near me. I didn't want him to flirt around and I had to keep an eye on him.

The atmosphere was relaxed, and the alcohol flowed freely. I noticed that Ash seemed to be enjoying himself, laughing and chatting with the others.

As the evening progressed, I became more and more aware of how closely he was sitting next to me. Our legs were practically touching, and I could feel the heat radiating from his body.

"Please excuse me," He excused himself suddenly to the bathroom.

Moments later, a man who was sitting at the other table also excused himself, saying that he needed to take a leak.

I watched as the man headed in the same direction Ash had gone. Something felt wrong.

When Ash didn't return for a long time, my suspicions were confirmed.

Without thinking, I got up from my seat. I followed his path discreetly, my heart pounding in my chest. As I approached the bathroom, I heard muffled voices and my stomach twisted with dread. Pushing open the door, my worst fears were confirmed.

The man had Ash pressed against the wall, his pants were unzipped, and the guy's lips were about to land on Ash's.

I saw red and before his lips could touch Ash's, I grabbed the man by the collar and threw him to the ground.

"What the hell do you think you're doing?" I snarled,

The man cowered, looking up at me with fear in his eyes.

"I'm sorry, sir! I didn't know he was yours," he whimpered. "He...He's the one who approached me first!"

I kicked him hard in the ribs, ignoring his cries of pain.

I looked at Ash who already zipped his pants. He seemed to be frozen, looking at me with a mixture of fear and embarrassment.

"Are you so desperate for attention that you'd let some random guy grope you in a bathroom?"

His face paled and his eyes wide with shock and hurt. "Elijah, I didn't—"

"Save it," I snapped, grabbing his arm and dragging him out of the bathroom. The ride home was tense and silent.

Once inside the house, I couldn't contain my emotions any longer. I took him into our bedroom and pushed him on the bed.

My hands shaking with a volatile mix of jealousy and desire. "If you wanted someone to fuck you so badly, you should have just told me," I growled, tearing his clothes in a frenzy of pent-up frustration.

He whimpered, fear etched across his features as he struggled against my hold. "Elijah, please..."

I ignored his pleas, my cock throbbing with need as I devoured the sight of his naked body. I was beyond reason, my mind clouded with lust and anger as I remembered how that bastard's hands roamed this body that clearly belonged to me.

And this little cunning actor knows it very well. Yet, he was doing so outrageous with him.

I pinned him against the bed, my body crushing him. "I warned you, didn't I? I told you that your body belongs to me. Yet, you still tried to let someone else touch it."

He trembled, his breath coming in shallow gasps. "P-please, Elijah, I didn't mean—You are misunderstanding—-!"

"Shut up!" I roared, thrusting two fingers into his mouth.

"Suck them."

Tonight he will learn what happens when he tries to belong to anyone but me.
