Jane was in the study with Maurice and her Husband.

Terrence had a few companies; the Walker Imperium was by no way inferior to the other big families residing in M-City.

After what had happened to both of their sons, he took his leave every so often to accompany her. 

His work had piled up, and after taking Jace into their home, she wasn't that alone anymore. 

So, he was very busy for a long time.

However, the moment Lance came back into their lives five years ago, Terrence gave up his position to his second in command, and only occasionally showed up, according to his mood, either giving his opinion on a few matters or meeting some clients.

So he had enough time to yell into his phone, having the dean of the college the kids are admitted to on the line.

"Do you do college management this way?"

Jane had her arms crossed, leaning against the two-seater-couch,

"How dare they." She snorted.
