Is it wrong to show the fate of the world to its inhabitants?

"Asfi pinch me…" Hermes requested unable to believe the information he was fed with by Zeus, Hera, Meteria, Alfia and Shiro.

"Hermes-sama this is not the time to play around." Asfi glared.

"What do we do can't we prevent the world's destruction?" Asked Hermes.

Everyone's eyes shifted to Shiro who's happily enjoying his snacks and beverages aunt Meteria and his grandma Hera had made.

Shiro look up after sensing everyone's gazes directed to him.

"In my name as the [Spirit King] thy fate of the world be shown."

Shiro chanted.

His aunt Meteria and mother Alfia on the side giggled knowing that Shiro doesn't really need to chant just like them but still did it to act cool in front of everyone else.

The two mothers discovered that while Shiro did regain his former life's memories he is still a kid through and through.

While he does act mature his nature of a kid keeps showing up from time to time.

He would sometimes act innocent and adorable which made the two mothers happy because Shiro did not lose his childhood entirely.

Before everyone's eyes were line of strings that contained countless images all intertwining in a single string in the middle.

"What are these strings?" A Pallum from the Hermes Familia asked.

"Strings of fate and destiny." Shiro replied nonchalantly. "No matter what timeline or parallel versions everything coincides and intertwines in a single string and that string always leads to the destruction of the world. And based on what I see nothing can be done about it."

Hearing at this point Hermes Familia members faces and Hermes went completely pale.

The others are losing their minds while some of the more sensible bunch stayed silent trying to contain the turmoil inside them not wanting to make a scene.

"H-He is not lying." Said Hermes in a bitter tone.

He look at Shiro who's expression did not change in the slightest before shifting his focus to Zeus and the others and seeing that they are mostly calmed about this they must have something in mind.

"Zeus-sama…" Called out Hermes.

"There's a solution right?" Asked Hermes.

"Hahahahaha... it's really refreshing to see your face turning into different expressions Hermes." Zeus let out a jovial laughter.

Hermes let out a sigh seeing his mentor's carefree attitude.

"With this power in your disposal wouldn't you be unstoppable?" Asked Hermes to Shiro.

"Nah…No…I'm only able to used this power due to my authority as the [Spirit King] and because this world laws is weaker compared to the [Cardinal World] this power is useless when it comes to people who possessed even [Extra Skill] because nothing are fix when it comes to individuals who have the power to alter the very causality and reality."

"It sounded ridiculous that I did not understand a thing." Hermes stated. shrugging the back of his head.

Hermes then looks at his mentor Zeus.

"There's no solution, Hermes." Zeus followed up.

"Ze-Zeus-sama, stop joking around." Hermes beg.

"Well it isn't really a solution but a alternative." Added Zeus.

"Alternative?"

"You see my great grandson here can open a portal to this so-called cardinal world and send everyone close to him there."

"You mean we transmigrate to another world but won't we the gods be erase in the process after we lost our home world."

Zeus grinned before relaying to Hermes what Shiro had said.

"There must be another alternative about this matter as well right?" Asked Hermes looking at Zeus in anticipation.

Zeus laugh heartily before once again filling up Hermes to Shiro's suggestion.

"So… little great Shiro here can turn us gods into mortals without us being erase…"

"I accept…" Hermes stated.

"You wouldn't ask what's the catch?" Shiro joined in the conversation.

Hearing his words the atmosphere became odd.

"You see everything has an equivalent value for every action we commit. You as gods should know better."

Hera, Zeus, and Hermes expressions turned bitter.

"So what is it little Shiro?" Asked Hera.

"So, we basically become your slave?" Said Hermes.

"That's a straight forward way to put it. But I like to call it more like you guys becoming a kin of mine." Replied Shiro.

"I don't mind." Hermes, Zeus and Hera said in unison which socked the rest except for Shiro who stayed empathetic and stoic all the way in the conversation.

"Hermes-sama…" Asfi mumbled in worry.

"Worry not Asfi. Shiro is not the type of guy who would take advantage of others. Aren't I right master Shiro."

Shiro's face grimace hearing what Hermes called him.

"See…" Hermes pointed out.

"I trusted my grandson." Said Zeus.

"I don't mind becoming a maid of my grandson so long I can kept an eye to my husband." Hera added.

Zeus looks at Hera with a grimace.

"What will happen to us after Hermes-sama becomes a mortal?" Falgar Batros the vice captain of Hermes Familia asked.

"You guys doesn't need to worry about that. This is more of a benefit to you guys because the moment Hermes becomes a mortal the power you received from the Falna will become your very own. You can increase your power as usual though this time without the need of status update. Nevertheless you still need to protect Hermes if you did not want to lose 50% of your power if by any chance this pervert dies." Shiro pointed at Hermes.

"There will be no more status updates, yes." Laurier a very beautiful elf celebrated.

Seeing the elf's reaction everyone eyed Hermes strangely.

"Did this pervert do something to you?" Asked Alfia unsheathing her sword.

"Hermes-sama's hands always slips every time he update my status." Said Laurier in an innocent tone.

Alfia unsheathed her sword, Asfi readied her fist, the others look at Hermes with disgust.

Even Zeus wasn't an exception. Though Zeus stopped acting after Hera smacked his head hard.

"Alfia-san and Asfi-chan. I did not do anything wrong aren't I Laurier-chan." Hermes face paled but Laurier ears and eyes were blocked by her fellow female Familia members giving Hermes a disgusted look.

Laurier is neither naïve nor an airhead. She is just a very kindhearted elf girl.

"Let's begin the process of you guys transfiguration into becoming true mortals." Said Shiro as he opened up a tear in the space pulling out [Night Sky] the sword he used back in Underworld as Kirito.

"That sword…" Hermes pointed out wide eyed.

Zeus and Hera's complexion stiffened.

"It's my personal divine weapon from one of my previous lives. This sword is the key for you guys to become mortals. I can also do it without the used of this sword but it be risky and I don't want to risk your lives." Said Shiro as he felt the weight of the sword.

Shiro cast a physical enhancement to allow him to lift the sword.

His current physical strength as of this moment in terms of this worlds standards of power is equivalent to a [Level 6] adventurer who has [SSS Grade] in their strength parameter.

"Can I hold it?" Asked Zeus.

"You wouldn't able to as this sword responses to my soul signature. Only I can lift it. And even if you do able to lift it you need to at least have the strength of a level 7."

"Oh I can't lift the damn sword. It felt like I'm trying to lift an entire world." Commented Zeus.

During the time [Night Sky] stayed in Shiro's personal dimension feeding from his essence the sword evolved it is now very closed into becoming a [World Grade] weapon.

"Let's get this over with." Said Shiro.

"What do we need to do?" Asked Hera.

"Just stay still as I pierced your divine origin."

The three gods hearing Shiro's words instinctively flinched.

They look at Shiro as if he is some madman.

"Wouldn't we disappeared completely after our divine origin shatters?" Hermes decided to voice out their concerns.

"Trust me… I wouldn't let any harm befall you three…" Replied Shiro in a stern tone and serious expression.

"Well I trust my grandson so I will be going first." Said Zeus stepping up first.

Shiro raised his hand a magic circle the size of the entire village.

Alfia rubber her nose trying to hide her smile to maintain her dignity and image, and trying to stop herself from reprimanding her son's pointless action.

The other look at Alfia wanting to ask what she had been teaching him.

The latter gave them a raise eyebrows as she signaled her look to Zeus.

They then recalled that Zeus is the one who raised Shiro and Bell so they shifted their questioning look to Zeus.

The old god just shrugged the back of his head guilty as charged for not properly raising the boys.
