Character's Name in the book (Auxillary Chapter 0)

This is an auxiliary chapter for people who are new to my book. For people who are already reading it, thank you for reading!

I just want to clear up some confusion in the book.

As a side note, a name like Qiqi is just called Yuqi in a more cute way. This tends to be used towards women, and very common in the setting being in China.

Don't ask me why. I don't make the rules. It just feels more natural, I guess. Of course, there's always an outlier.

I recommend not reading this below. This will be a spoiler for the book. This is more for people who forgot people's names or want to know more about them.

The names in the bracket are old names (not updated), as I'm still catching up with updating the characters with new names. You'll see the old name in the bracket as I'm still not finished updating it.

Leyan(Yanyan): Mother of four. When she was young, she was always the smartest in her class, as she skipped several grades. She met her sweetheart in college. She used to work as a nurse at the hospital.

Yuqi (Xiaoqi): The oldest daughter of Yanyan. A prodigy viewed by others as she skipped multiple grades before getting a degree at the age of 18. She now works at her dad's company after graduating from University.

Yueyue(Yunyun): The middle daughter of Yanyan and twin sister of Xiaoyun. Everybody calls her Yunyun, as she tends to be shy toward others in the past. Despite looking very shy, she has been going to the gym with Anjing for several years and is much stronger than she appears. She is currently in her second year of college.

Xiaoyun: The twin brother of Yunyun. He was left in an orphanage at a very young age. The only thing he had from his long lost family was a necklace with a star and his name on it.

Zhumi(Xiaomi): The youngest daughter of Yanyan. She is currently in her last year in high school. Unlike her other two sisters, her grades have always been struggling.

Uncle Li: A veteran who now works as a school guard who adopted Xiaoyun after seeing him on the street one day.

Pinli: Roommate of Xiaoyun who borrowed money from Xiaoyun after his dad got sick.

Chengyi: Roommate of Xiaoyun. A gaming addict whom Pinli often accompanies. They have known each other since childhood.

Mingxu (Brother Ming): He is Xiaoyun's roommate, although he never lives in the dorm on weekends. He is Anjing's boyfriend and is the oldest in the dorm. He goes to the gym with Anjing every day.

Ningjing(Anjing): Friend of Yunyun since high school. She is Mingxu's girlfriend and goes to the gym every day. She has beaten both Mingxu and Yunyun in bench press and is sometimes called Brother Anjing.

Teacher Liu: A veteran who fought alongside Uncle Li. He is currently a substitute teacher at a middle and high school. He has traveled a lot after retiring and married a foreigner during his trip.

Lily: A young girl whom Xiaoyun and Yunyun saved in one of the mansions. One of her parents is a foreigner.

Yezi: Xiaoyun's sworn brother after Xiaoyun saved him once. He used to be an arms smuggler in the middle east(at least, that's what he tells everyone). He loves to explore and take risks.

Yuanyi(Yiyi): Wife of Yezi, became friends with Yanyan.

Yiming: A former Major in the army before losing contact with his unit.

Gantian: A former soldier with a private rank working under Yiming.

Jixi: Former soldier with the rank of corporal working under Yiming.

Jingming: An architecture designer with a lot of experience.

Shuli(Banli): One of Yanyan's best friend. She is a teacher and is always near Lili. She and Lili moved to the capital to work but came back to visit Guangzhou.

Wuli(Lili): One of Yanyan's best friends. She has a black belt in Taekwondo and loves to work in physical jobs despite having mostly office jobs in the past.

Tianci: A former scientist who craved blood due to her teacher's experimentation on her. She has a split personality that had formed from the bloodthirsty nature shows, with the only way to tell the difference being their red-eye pupils and attitude.

Anna: A blond gun designer hired by Kate who was supposed to go to Africa to help manufacture guns. But unfortunately, the outbreak prevented her from going.

Kate: A redhead American woman who claims to work for the president. Originally, she was assigned to help transport four gun engineers to a certain African warlord.

Renqin: A bus driver who became the head of the foreign intelligence.
