Zombie (Jikook)

Jimin has been living in a post-apocalyptic world, fighting off zombies threatening to overtake his sanctuary ever since he can remember. But one night, he and his friends go on a little voyage, far beyond what is considered legal in the time they're in. As Jimin and his friends wander out to an old building half a mile outside of the sanctuary gates, he spots a zombie unlike any other. This zombie had a bit more color in its eyes, unlike all the others he's seen so far. Jimin wonders if there is any possibility that there could be more out there like this one. Will he find out what is going on, or will he keep disregarding every odd thing he sees, despite living in a post-apocalyptic world like this one. But most importantly, will he start to have feelings for something or someone that doesn't have a beating heart? Will the times they're in now and the people accept it?

Chapter 2: Outside

Jimin headed towards the canteen, to meet with Tae, since he was going outside of the walls with him.

As he headed there to meet with Tae, he started thinking if he wouldn't actually be able to do this. Despite knowing he was pretty good with both gun and blade.

What if he ran into a fast zombie, and it somehow managed to knock his gun away from him? Would he be stranded with said blade, abandoned by Tae?

Those thoughts were quickly interrupted by Tae calling to him.

"Chimie. Over here!!", Tae said while frantically wiggling his arms for Jimin to notice him.

"Hey Tae. And yes, so you don't have to ask, I am going with you just so you have that much more protection. Because I care about people, despite what you and others may think."

"Yay!!! I knew you'd come along just for me!!"

"Don't get too happy or excited, because I'm only going with you just this once."

"Why?"

"Because I've had enough of the guards by the walls trying to cop a feel off of me."

"They won't do that this time."

Jimin got offended by Tae's statement and blasted off at him.

"AND HOW WOULD YOU KNOW THAT, HUH?!?!? PRACTICALLY EVERY GUY I KNOW WANTS MY ASS!!! FOR WHAT REASON, I HAVE NO IDEA. BUT I'M PUTTING UP WITH IT BECAUSE YOU'RE MY BEST FRIEND, AISH!!". Jimin practically ran out of breath after that, Tae staring at him wide-eyed.

"Wow... I never knew you could rap Jiminie!!! Why didn't you tell me you could rap??". Jimin thought to himself, wow... I yelled at him and he thinks I just started rapping? What kind of friendship did I get myself into?

Jimin didn't think his best friend would end up so dense.

After spending a little more time in the canteen, they both agreed it was time to head out of the walls.

So they both head the same direction, going towards the gate of the wall, thinking it would be clear until they saw a much older guard standing by it, clad in armor and loaded with guns.

The guard noticed them and asked, "What are you two doing? Go back to where you came from."

The tone in his voice made Jimin's blood boil over, but he decided to keep talking in a somewhat civil, decent matter.

"I'm sorry, but we were both on our way to go scavanging. So if you'll be so kind, please let us through!"

The guard could hear the venom in his words, even though Jimin thought he was doing ok.

"Just go back to your rooms like the children you are."

"Hey!!! What makes you thi--".

"Chimchim, be nice to Mr. Guard here. He won't let us through for a second if you talk to him like that."

So Tae walked up to the guard.

"Please let us through. Can I know your name as well?"

The guard answered with, "Sure, if it'll get you back to where you came from. I'm Yoongi, but others call me Suga. Now that's it, go back now."

Tae then put his arms around Suga's neck, showing his boxy yet stunning smile to him, while saying "Please let us through, Suga hyung."

Little did Suga know, he fell straight for his smile, but knew to hide his emotions while on duty. So he shoved Tae back a bit and called for the gate to be opened.

And as the gate started lifting, Tae said, "Thank you, Suga hyung."

He then turned to Jimin who looked shocked and said, "Works every time. I think he could have some feelings for me."

Jimin just looked at him and said, "Whatever." And tried to sound as disinterested as possible.

Jimin grabbed his wrist, clutching the gun carefully so he wouldn't shoot it, and lead them both outside the gate, beyond the walls.

They had no idea the road ahead of them.
