PLEASE NOTE THAT:
Power level does not equate to an individual's true strength. One has to take into the equation a being's knowledge and experience, abilities, and skillset, how much control they have over their powers as well as the equipment their might possesses.
Just like how a well-trained and fully prepared human with no magic power is capable of taking down various high-class beings and even some ultimate class individuals due to the equipment such as guns, aircraft carriers, nuclear warheads, etc. The same is true for the power level of the Gods a well-prepared minor god can defeat a Major God due to their abilities, equipment or through trickery.
