These criminals, led by Swe, formed a group called "The Renegades". They were feared throughout the territory and their criminal activities increased in scale. The Outsiders promoted high-profile robberies, contract killings, and drug dealing. They were all villages, as they had powerful jutsus and enormous skill in battles. The population was on high alert with their presence anywhere. His aim was to expand Swe's domain and wreak havoc in the villages. With the help of his Forsaken, Swe was able to gain a great deal of control over the villages and their citizens. The Forsaken were ruthless in their actions, killing, stealing and destroying everything in their path. They were becoming more and more powerful and the threat they posed was clear to everyone. Villages needed to join forces to fight this evil.
