The eyes of every sorcerer widened in unison. Hakari was the first to react, swiftly moving towards Todo who activated a simple domain he had learned from Yuki prior to her death. Yuji, unaffected by the domain due to Sukuna, charged towards Mahito, leaving Nobara behind.
Mahito watched as Yuji charged towards him, until suddenly, an overwhelming power engulfed his body and his vision flickered in and out, until he was face to face with Sukuna's soul. Mahito let out an evil grin before he spoke.
" You can't do anything, can you? So just shut up and watch. " Sukuna just scoffed at Mahito, before he spoke with a bored look on his face.
" You haven't even noticed, have you? " Before Mahito could ask what Sukuna meant, Mahito's vision shattered, returning back to the present, locking eyes with Yuji, Mahito glared at Yuji, until a cruel grin appeared and he shouted out.
" Behind you, Itadori!!! " Yuji swiftly turned his head, he already knew what happened, he watched as Nobara's left arm, started to grow, becoming a mangled mess, but her reaction was unexpected. Instead of fear, she locked eyes with Mahito and pointed her hammer towards the ground. As Mahito glanced down, black spikes shot out from the floor, impaling his torso and causing blood to gush from his chest.
Mahito stumbled back in agony, as Nobara slammed her hammer into her arm before gruesomely ripping off her mangled arm. Hakari glanced at Nobara impressed until he peeked at the ground, the ground was covered in nails, that Nobara had thrown when the dust cloud was covering Mahito's vision. No one noticed it, except Mute, who decided not to warn Mahito about it, due to his arrogant comment.
Slowly the black spikes disappeared out of Mahito's chest, before a clap rippled through the air, and Yuji appeared next to the injured Mahito swapping with a nail filled with curse energy. Mahito could barely react before a fist slammed into Mahito's face launching him through the air, before he slammed onto the rough ground coming to a screeching stop.
Mahito slowly pushed off the ground, before he vomited out transfigured humans, and pointed his saliva-covered palm foward, making a massive barrage of disgusting transfigured humans shoot foward, covering the area. Forcing Yuji and the others to leap up into the air, dodging the massive attacks, before they slammed into nearby buildings causing thunderous bangs to ripple out.
Mahito had blindly fired the attacks trying to gain time to recompose himself, Mahito gingerly stood back up on his feet, and glared foward, watching the sorcerers walking towards him, grouped together. They were obviously discussing a plan, but unfortunately for Mahito, he couldn't make out what they were saying.
Growing desperate, Mahito quickly threw up a large amount of transfigured humans, that sat motionlessly on the floor, until they combined into two powerful curses that stood on Mahito's sides. Mahito took a deep breath before he lunged towards the sorcerers with the curses following him.
Mahito knew one thing, he couldn't let the sorcerers discuss a plan, or his death was guaranteed. In mere seconds, Mahito and curses appeared in front of the sorcerers, Mahito spun throwing a kick at Yuji that slammed into his chest sending him flying through the air. Mahito quickly turned his focus to Hakari, reaching out his palm, trying to touch his head but before it could reach, a clap rippled out.
Hakari was instantly switched with Yuji who slammed a knee into Mahito's chin rocking his head back. As Mahito stumbled, the curses sprinted past his body, focusing on Hakari who was flying through the air, Hakari flipped in the air slamming his feet into the ground, sliding to a stop, before the curses appeared on both his sides, throwing a barrage of attacks.
Immediately, Hakari was overwhelmed being forced to block the attacks with his legs until a kick slammed into his stomach sending him flying through the air before he slammed into a nearby car. Blood started to leak out of Hakari's mouth, as the curses appeared in front of him, the curses in unison threw kicks at Hakari, which traveled through the air, until suddenly they froze in the air.
Before the curses could react instantly, both of them were destroyed in a single swift motion, Hakari's eyes widened in surprise before he glanced up and a grin appeared on his face.
