"WHAT DO YOU MEAN JACK IS DEAD!?" A man shouted as he threw his bottle of sake at the door, shattering the door and the bottle with it.

"C...captain! his V.v.vv.v.vvv-"

"SPEAK!" The man threw a nearby chair st the stuttering person, smashing him and the chair into pieces. Everyone in the room was scared shitless.

"Waaaa!!! No!! JACK!! WHO KILLED YOU!! JACK!!!" The man cried as he held his palm on his head.

The man then went on a tantrum as he threw everything anywhere, in the end turning into a giant green Asian dragon as he rampaged while crying. Burning down many houses and killing many people.

Meanwhile, unaware that his actions made a certain Emperor filled with sadness, Vox was happily singing while Heli was crying in despair.

"Say Heli, how long will it take to reach Wano?" Vox said while lookikg at the distance.

"..." Heli rapidly made motions with its mechanic arms out of happiness.

"Oh..." Vox soflly exclaimed as he looked on a faraway island.

"Go over there Heli, it seems like i might be able to meat an Old Friend here." Vox then resumed singing as they flew towards an island not too far away.

While Vox was relaxing, on that Island there were 3 people sitting near a cliff drinking Tea.

"Garp, why did we come here." An old woman said as softly sipped her Tea, she looked into the distance for a bit but decided to not bother with it.

"You knew he was coming here?" An old man with a White Afro clenched his fists, ready to fight.

"I had a hunch, but we are not here to fight." An old man with Short Grey hair shook his head while looking intently into the distance.

Before Long a flying machine like beast came into view.

"Don't fight. We are not his match." The woman shook her head at the old man with a white Afro.

"Sengoku, listen to Tsuru, i just want to know 1 thing " Garp said as he gave Sengoku a glance, before looking at the now very near machine.

"Well, been some time, hasn't it Garp." Vox said as he softly jumped off Heli and landed next to them, looking at the Tea he smiled and with a signal to Heli soon a Bottle of liquor was in his hands.

"Although i do like tea, such reunions need to be celebrated with some good drinks." Vox smiled as he took his cup and poured himself a glass and gulped it down.

"Ahh, truly worth Celebrating." Vox grinned as he looked at the 3 in front of him. He is no idiot, no way he will be forgiven for what he did. But some things had to be done.

"When i first met you near the Calm Belt, i would never have imagined you would be the man you are now." Garp shook his head, remembering the past 'it has been so many years already....' he thought to himself.

"Some things can't be left alone Garp. You know as well as i do that the Celestial Dragons can't stay in power." Vox poured his cup full as he said.

"How many have died in the chaos you created, how many innocents have had to live through hell because of what you did!" Sengoku who stood at the side finally could not hold it in and slammed his hand on the ground as he angrily yelled.

"Don't give me that crap, Do you even know how many were suffering before i even did anything? Do you know how good normal peoples daily lives are in the 4 seas? Although it is not a paradise, they at least don't need to fear a random Pirate Ship coming and pillaging their houses while raping their women and selling their children to slavers. Of which the World Government publicly supports, they don't even try to hide it!" Vox said as he coldly looked at this delusional old man.

"Every day children who don't have enough to eat get helped by my family, we help them study we help them gain experience in life, we protect them. We are doing a hell better job than the Marines ever have done."

Tsuru sighed as she heard him, she knew he was right. Many villages, or even whole islands were terrorizen in the 4 seas, but they could do nothing about it. They did not have the manpower to handle it. Strong fighters wanted to be pirates, the freedom to do whatever they wanted is a dangerous lure. They simply could not compete.

"I am not blaming you for your incompetence, it is just that you have been the dog of the World Government that you even forget the reason you became a marine." Vox said and stopped talking to Sengoku, who looked lost in thought.

'The reason i became a marine...indeed, i had long forgotten it. I just wanted to protect the innocent, like how I was protected as a child.' after remiscing about his past, Sengoku could not help but feel a fire burning in him. The fire of Passion.

"Vox, what do you know about my Family." Garp asked seriously, he wanted to know how Vox could predict that his family would be the cause of such a major war. Sure it might have be orchestrated by him behind the scenes, but Garp wanted to know for sure.

"Ah, the Monkey Family. I have been collecting Ponyglyphs lately and i did indeed read some things about the Monkey Family." Vox drained his cup before continuing.

Garp, Sengoku and Tsuru listened to him attentively.

"Why the faces, why should i tell you anything about it." Vox grinned as he looked at their faces turning ugly.

"Just messing with you, but are you sure you want them to hear it too Garp, if this secret gets out, no one will be able to save you. Well maybe i can but why should I, right?" Vox said as he faked thinking with his hand rubbing his chin.

"They are my friends, they are like family to me, i trust them with my life." Garp said as did not even hesitate, which left both Tsuru and Sengoku a bit stunned at first before smiling at him.

"Well, where should we start? You guys better start drinking, this is quite a story." Vox then signaled Heli to take out a few dozen bottles of liquor and a few cups.
