In a giant mansion a man was sitting on top of a throne his eyes closed. All of a sudden his eyes blinked open as he looked into the distance as if capable of seeing through all matter.

"Azure." He said in a deep voice. A shadow instantly kneeled on the ground.

"Yes, your Holiness!" The shadow said in a feminine voice, though it was not sure whether it was a he or a she hidden behind the shadows.

"Tell me of the happenings of the last 100 years." The man said as his eyes kept looking at the wall, in the direction of the Lightning Phenomenon.

"As you wish, your Holiness!" Azure said as it began retelling what has transpired in the last 100 years.

Back in Zou after getting rid of the Beast Pirates, Vox looked around to see if he had missed any, though he knew, he wanted to be sure.

"So, with that out the way." Vox said as he shifted his gaze towards Inuarashi and Nekomamushi who were observing him in fear and caution.

"How about we talk over a nice cup of Tea?" He lightly tapped his coat to clean any unwanted dust. The coat was a black knee length coat that was open from the front. Underneath he was wearing a white Suit with a white Tie.

"S...sure..nya.." Nekomamushi said trembling a bit, Vox was just too terrifying for him. He could kill every Mink here and he would not be able to do shit about it. It was best to remain on his good side.

"Great!" Vox clapped his hand creating a light electrical charge that went towards all the Minks, waking them up from their unconscious state by a small shock.

After calming down the populace, Nekomamushi and Inuarashi took Vox to a well known Cafeteria where the best drinks and the best Tea one could find on Zou.

Vox did not rush the conversation. He took his time drinking his Tea while having some small talks with the scaredy cat and dog who were sweating bullets.

After 10 minutes later and drinking 3 cups of tea, Vox decided to just state what he wants.

"A few more hours and we will have a new lake here with all that sweating you two are doing." Vox shook his head at their reaction.

"Then again, you just saw me exercise a bit, I guess we started on the wrong foot. Let me introduce myself."

"My name is Vox D. Skaarf, also known as "The Devil's Spawn." as the World Government likes to call me." Vox said extending his hand forward, which was shook by the paws of Inuarashi and Nekomamushi with great difficulty.

He had gotten his title right after he Marineford War, also dubbed as The Fall of Titans, where many, many well known figures died. Together with a 5 Billion Beli Bounty on his head, which he honestly finds laughable. As if someone would dare to even try to hunt him.

"I want to read the Road Ponyglyph that is here on Zou, I'll take it when I have the other 3 gathered as well and find the One Piece." Vox said, not bothering with their frustrated expressions.

"You can read it, but-" Inuarashi said but was immediately cut of by Vox.

"I will take it when I have the other 3, I am just saying it so that you know, the Road Ponyglyphs are meant to be together to reveal the Rio Phonygliph. " Vox did not bother to bicker with them, he would take it whether they liked it or not. Their purpose was to reveal the Rio Phonygliph and them not letting it be revealed is just selfish. Then again, they could not stop him even if they wanted to.

Although frustrated, neither Nekomamushi and Inuarashi could do anything, they cared for their heritage, but even they knew when something was futile. Sure they were willing to fight to the dead, but it was not their choice even in that case. What this man, this "Devil's Spawn" wanted was not something they could control.

Vox did not bother to stay any longer and directly zapped into the cave where the Rio Phonygliph was hidden, he could find it because he sensed the whole forest with electrical currents.

Unlike what most believe, Observation Haki can not make you observe your surroundings in a certain range, sure you can figure out where what is and whatnot, but you can't search for something.

For example if he were to scan the forest for an animal, for him to find the said animal would be highly unlikely without him already knowing the "signature" their Soul gives. So instead of showing only ehe animal wanted, all things with a soul would be shown and their intensity would depend on their souls strength. Things like plants were fairly weaks for the most part so their signatures were deemed unimportant for the most parts.

So him scanning with Observation Haki would get him nowhere as he could not see where a cafe is supposed to be. But he could do that easily with electrict currents in the air.

Once inside the cafe, he ignored the tied up Samurai/Ninja and just focused his attention on the the Road Ponyglyphs in front of him.

Unlike most Ponyglyps, the Road Ponyglyphs were red in color. And their message was a coordinate. Only when all 4 coordinates were known, would the last Island, Raftle be known.

But Vox believed it not to be that simply. He believed that the phrase "Gather the 4 Road Ponyglyphs together" meant to gather the 4 together on Raftle. This may also be the reason why Rayleigh said that the strawhats might have a different understanding than they did. Although he was not sure, it was worth a try.

Nothing down the jumbled mess on the Ponyglyphs and translating it so that others can draw the coordinated on the map. Vox zapped in the sky on top of Heli's head. he looked down at Zunesha, wondering who it was that gave it a mession to walk for thousands of years.

'Was it Joy Boy? or the Ancient Kingdom.. There is so much to discover, just wait for me! I am almost there! RAFTLE!' Vox clenched his fists in excitement. No matter how many years have passed since he came here, his excitement towards the One Piece only grew further the closer he is to getting it.

He never realized how much he wished to see the series finish, now he will be the one to finish it!

After leaving, Vox directed Heli towards Wano. He will get the second Road Phonygliph there and simultaneously get rid of the Beast Pirates. He just has to make sure no one knows it is him, which won't be hard if he does not use his Devil Fruit.

"Time to test my Armament Haki, I bet even Kaido will not be able to take my fist of lo- Fist of Lightning!" Vox said as he gathered his Haki in his arm. Unlike the normal Black, it was crimson with red cracklings around it.
