Target 1 face-up Xyz Monster you control; Xyz Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "CXyz" or "Number C" Xyz Monster that is 1 Rank higher than that monster you control, by using it as the Xyz Material. (Overlay Units attached to it also become Overlay Units on the Summoned monster.) The Xyz Monster that was Xyz Summoned by this effect negates any "cannot be destroyed by battle" effects. Immediately after this card resolves: You can target 1 face-up Xyz Monster your opponent controls that has Overlay Units; detach all Overlay Units from that target and attach them to the Summoned monster as Overlay Units, and if you do, that target loses 300 ATK for each Overlay Unit detached.
