I saw the truth in his eyes, but I still looked away. I was insecure, so sue me! He was Alpha, there would always be women who would want him.

His groan made me look at him. I raised an eyebrow. He got off me and I looked at him, stunned. He pulled on a pair of shorts and just as he was about to leave the room, I read his thoughts. He wanted to punish me for thinking that way. And hell, I wanted to be punished.

/"Damien!/" I called out. He turned around.

/"Not now Hanna,/" he said in a dead serious voice. /"Not when I'm so mad that all I can think of is punishing you./"

I mustered up the most innocent look I could and got off the bed. I walked to him and then got on my toes and whispered, /"Punish me then, Alpha./"

He froze. He pulled me back and when he saw submission in my eyes he immediately switched to dominant mode.

/"On the bed, on your knees./" he ordered and for once in my life I did as asked.
