Stalking The Prey

Since Xiao Qiang told her to not kill Wei Kang, she listened, but she wanted to mess around with the dude for a while. Wei Kang had done three things of which angered her to the core. One was taking on the form of Xiao Qiang after his disapperance with her.

Second was being that he was involved in the destruction of the couple. And lastly, he abused his powers to torture other people just because of his selfishness. She lived inside of Zhao Ling's body for a while to know what kind of pain she went through.

In order to pay back, she wanted to torture Wei Kang. Even if it was not directly, she was fine with it. She created Zhao Ling just like how a puppet would be created, but Zhao Ling was like a human in the same sense.

Zhao Ling was more immune to pain and death because her body was the same as a puppet, but because she was just a puppet, her body contained no soul. In order to make Zhao Ling look human, she gave her personality by giving her the memories of the previous Zhao Ling.

She already informed Lu Ming about this and asked if he was fine with this. He first refused saying that a puppet was different from a Zhao Ling with emotions, but after telling him that if he collected the girl's seven spirits, Zhao Ling would eventually be the same girl that he always knew, he accepted.

Wei Kang had separated a couple, so she wanted to put them back together and take revenge for them. It was true that Lu Ming could just do it, but her hatred for Wei Kang was much deeper than Lu Ming's or Zhao Ling's.

She continued to follow behind Wei Kang and while she was following him, he kept on turning back.

Wei Kang had this sense that somebody was stalking him like a prey. Every time he looked back, he saw no one, but yet he had the chills on his back. He kept on telling himself that everything was fine, but the cold feeling on his back just kept on getting stronger that he eventually almost became crazy if not for his attendant interrupting his thoughts.

"Your Majesty, what shall we do about the attack from the Ren Clan?"

"Kill them." Xia Lin never thought that Wei Kang's evil deed was so deep that even the most loyalist clan of their kingdom would launch an attack.

The Ren Clan has been a loyal and devout follower of Xiao Qiang. They admired him a lot and praised him everyday. The leader of the Ren Clan, Ren Tao, had adopted Xiao Qiang as his adopted son after they had met.

Ren Tao had a deep impression of Xiao Qiang and Xiao Qiang accepted his request to become his son because I told him to. Ren Tao had a high status and would never betray you once he became your ally.

Back when I was queen, I helped Xiao Qiang to gain a more secure foot for his own safety. Now that the Ren Clan was more than willing to betray the royal family, it meant that whatever that idiot Wei Kang did, was more than just betrayal.

The Ren Clan is their best allies, since she learned about this, might as well help clarify about what's going on. Her plans were to tell the Ren Clan the truth and have them help her torture Wei Kang. She did not want him to have a peaceful death, nor a quick death.

"Your Majesty, also... Also, the queen's disappearance has caused many riots to appear, especially from the Tao Clan. Also, we still haven't found the queen, yet..."

"You idiot! I've given you so many years yet you still haven't found her? What am I feed you for!" Wei Kang kicked his attendant without knowing that Xia Lin was there to watch all his deeds. "Kill anybody making a riot."

Since Wei Kang was willing to make so many kills, she would play with him. She knew that since the first day she entered the palace, Wei Kang has been eyeing her lustfully. Thanks to knowing that every day he was going to kill people, she made a quick plan to have them in safety.

Before leaving though, she threw a vase at the back of Wei Kang's head. When he turned around, he found nobody there, and in anger, he walked to the West Wing, but he tripped 5 times before officially making it.

The person who caused him such embarrassment was her and after making her way to the West Wing, she called over Xiao Qiang and told him about not only the two clans that Wei Kang intended to kill, but also all the others.

She also proceeded to tell him about her plans on how to save the clans of which he agreed to right away, except one. The plan of which she was going to make herself be founded. If she was found, she would be queen again and be in the presence of Wei Kang, the man he hated.

Xiao Qiang did not hate Wei Kang back then, but after meeting Xia Lin, he started hating him. Wei Kang always tried to make advances on Xia Lin even after he married her. This made Xiao Qiang jealous and hate Wei Kang.

Since he did not agree to that plan, she told him about "Plan B". Plan B was that after gathering all their allies, they would start slipping out on how they felt that "Wei Qiang" was not the Demon King and was being impersonated instead.

Once everybody heard of this news and the suspicion was high enough, the Wei Bloodline would start their investigation to see if it was true. If it was, then Wei Kang would be subjugated to the most painful punishment ever.

It was called "100 Shooting Stars". A beautiful title, but a horrible tragedy. If Wei Kang went through this punishment, his body would be pierced with 100 shooting swords that would go through his body.

At the end of the day, he would left with no limbs or organs or anything at all. All you would see would be his blood as the swords had already cut through his entire being. It was definitely a horrible punishment of which nobody ever wanted to go through.

If someone had to choose between having their limbs pulled by 5 horses or 100 Shooting Stars, they would choose the first. 100 Shooting Stars was much too gory for their eyes and mind.

When Xiao Qiang heard of this plan, he agreed to it and instead of making their way to an inn to rest for the day, they made their way to Ren Tao to tell him about this.
