A position that is such a headache

Xi feng looked at her with confusion as she spat those words.

"How so?"

Does this guy only know to question?

"It was nothing," shrugging the question she asked, "What do you need from me?" she asked and looked at her wrist.

Xi Feng let go of her hand, "I just want to know if your friend is fine."

"Ah, Liu Jie… I don't know. I just left him in the house. He looks fine to me," she answered with all confidence.

Xi Feng suddenly felt bad for that guy being left alone when he is sick.

"Do you need anything from me?"

"Ah, sorry. It seems I hold you back," he apologized, "Are you going for lunch? Do you want to go with me? My treat, of course."

Meilin can't help but feel she must immediately reject his offer. The stares from the passing students hurt more than necessary.

"I'm sorry but I'll pass," she rejected, "I ate a lot this morning, so, I'm still full."

"I see," he nodded and accepted her rejection, "Then, next time."

Because of the stares she agreed without thinking much and left immediately. She was now heading to the same terrace she and Liu Jie go yesterday.

Although, she didn't want to leave the sick Liu Jie, she has classes to attend and can't suddenly show up. Especially now, she needs to do another revision of the paper of her group and then after that the finals and she's now free from books and professors! She will be a hacker in a security company and live a fulfilled life!

"I hope he ate the congee," she whispered and sighed.

On the other side of the T University, in the building of College of Mathematics, everyone were crying and arguing. This sudden commotion let a public call for disciplinary committee.

Xi Feng, not only being the board of director's nephew is the head of the Student Disciplinary Committee immediately go there and saw an extreme chaos.

"What happened?" he asked one of the students.

"Jing Jing lost her favorite pen. It was given by her deceased grandmother. She left it inside the box this morning and left when she needs to go to the restroom. Only this afternoon she found out that the pen was now gone," the student explained. He told every detail to him, since, they know that they cannot bump on him.

"Give me back my pen! It doesn't have any value to any of you! Give it back! Lu Wei! You said you like my pen! Maybe you have it?! Give it back to me!" Xia Jing screamed to another female student.

"I don't have it! Why are you accusing me of theft?" Lu Wei also wants to cry because she never had it! In the first place she likes the pen because of the intricate design but nothing more!

Xi Feng felt a headache because of this. He asked all the students to be quite and stop the arguments. Being a Disciplinary Head is not his choice but now he needs to put an end to this kind of quarrel?! He feels ridiculed!

He can't help but scold all the students about this incident. He asked other Disciplinary members to go for lost and found.

But just the moment he exit the building, he received a message from the member he asked for help.

"Senior, it seems the culprit has been doing this for quite a long time. There were a lot of things that were missing now. Even the lost and found was closed for now because of many students asking for their things being lost."

"What? How long?"

"Two weeks," the junior student replied, "Not only that, all the things that most of the student lost were little things and important things."

Xi Feng felt that this position his uncle gave him is such a headache.

"Definitely true," Professor Xiao Mei Feng agreed, "Especially now that she needs to have their OJT this month before finals and continue until last two weeks before their graduation."

"How about we suggest a school trip?"

"After their finals?"

"After that—"

"They have their annual party for the next committee heads."

"How come they are so busy?! Do they even sleep?!" one of the professors exclaimed as she keep on hearing the things all the graduating students have to do.
