Chapter 93 :black dragon

The police stopped Abhimanyu at the door, not allowing him inside.

Without saying anything, Abhimanyu walked away and told Saily to check the surrounding CCTV footage to see where the car had gone.

Saily said, "Its number plate is fake. The car went to the next turn and stopped there. They must have transferred Kashmira to another vehicle and taken her somewhere else. Finding her is impossible, like looking for a needle in a haystack."

Abhimanyu asked, "Who could have kidnapped her? Does the Mathur family have any enemies?"

Saily replied, "The Mathur family has many enemies, but Kashmira is not a main family member. However, she might have been taken because of family matters."

Abhimanyu asked, "Have they made any demands from the family yet?"

Saily said, "Not yet."

Abhimanyu said, "Then this might not be a family matter. It could be a personal grudge."

Saily said, "But who could have a grudge against Kashmira? She just runs a school."

Abhimanyu said, "Maybe an old enemy or a lover."

Abhimanyu continued, "Speaking of lovers, she once mentioned Black Dragon."

Saily asked, "So, did Black Dragon kidnap her?"

Abhimanyu said, "I don't think so, but if she was involved with Black Dragon in any matter, something might have happened in the past."

Saily said, "Yes, that could be. But don't think too deeply. You know that all Night Demon missions are secret, and no records are kept after the mission is completed. This applies even to young soldiers."

Abhimanyu said, "Then we should find Sudhir because he was also after her before she studied at Oxford."

Saily said, "His location is at the school."

Abhimanyu then went to a corner, spread his white wings, and shortly after reached Agrasen School.

From there, he climbed a tree and watched Sudhir through a window.

Abhimanyu said, "I don't think this is Sudhir's doing. We're wasting our time here."

Saily showed him Sudhir's call records, which included two calls from an unknown number, and a sudden deposit of 1 lakh in his account half an hour before Kashmira's kidnapping.

Abhimanyu said in surprise, "That's why you were so confident."

Saily said, "No, but when I checked those numbers, they were disconnected. Then I tried to hack his account details without telling you."

Abhimanyu said, "Impressive, your mind works very quickly staying with me."

Saily said, "Let it be. You make me do all the work, and people call you smart."

Abhimanyu replied, "Have you forgotten? We are one."

Saily said, "That's the problem."

Abhimanyu asked, "Okay, but right now he's in class. How do we get him out?"

Saily replied, "Do I have to do everything?"

Abhimanyu said, "No, I can handle this myself."

Saying this, he went to the school bell and rang it, which meant the class was over, even though the lecture ended early. Seeing this, the peon, who usually rang the bell, ran towards it, and the principal also came out of her office to scold the peon. Meanwhile, Sudhir finished his class and came out. Abhimanyu then called him.

Abhimanyu asked, "How are you, Sudhir?"

Sudhir asked, "Who is this?"

Abhimanyu said, "It's for your benefit. If you want to know, come to the restaurant in front of the school."

Sudhir saw that he had some free time, so he headed towards the restaurant.

When Sudhir reached the restaurant, Abhimanyu called him over.

Seeing Abhimanyu, Sudhir was a bit startled and slightly anxious, but he went over and sat down, then asked, "Tell me, why did you call me here and what is this benefit about?"

Abhimanyu said, "The same one lakh benefit you got in your account."

Sudhir said, "What nonsense are you talking about?"

Sudhir asked, "What do you mean?"

Abhimanyu said, "You had a hand in Kashmira's kidnapping, didn't you?"

Hearing Kashmira's name, Sudhir understood the whole matter and suddenly his nervousness disappeared. He said, "So you're talking about Kashmira."

Abhimanyu found this very strange and said, "Yes, you had a hand in Kashmira's disappearance, right?"

Sudhir said, "No, I had nothing to do with her kidnapping."

Abhimanyu asked, "Then who suddenly deposited this one lakh in your account?"

Sudhir said, "Look, I'm only telling you this because you wrongly accused me. What happened is that I got a question paper for one of the board exam subjects, and I leaked it to someone, in exchange for which I got one lakh. But don't tell anyone about this."

Hearing this, Abhimanyu said, "What foolishness is this? Couldn't you find any other way to earn money? Anyway, who am I talking to?" Saying this, he started to leave.

Abhimanyu then came out and told Saily, "That was your culprit."

Saily said, "He looked like a culprit. What could I do?"

Abhimanyu said, "Yes, he did. Anyway, now we don't have any leads."

Abhimanyu then went back to his bungalow, where there was no one except the caretaker. Abhimanyu took the key from him, went inside, and started meditating in his room.

Saily asked, "What are you doing?"

Abhimanyu said, "When you can't find a way, you should meditate." Saying this, he went into meditation.

Meanwhile, Black Dragon had also reached Delhi and had arrived at the given address wearing his outfit and mask. He had already sent a message upon reaching that location.

When he arrived there, a man also wearing a mask and dressed as a joker came and showed him a photo, saying, "This is Vineet Pratap Singh, the Chief Minister of Bihar. If you want to save your girlfriend, kill him and don't show any cleverness, or your girlfriend will be killed." Saying this, the clown started to leave.

When the clown turned around after a while, Black Dragon had disappeared from there. The clown then wandered to an event, and Black Dragon, in the form of a small lion, was following him. But upon entering the event, he lost track of the clown as there were many clowns dressed alike.

Now, Black Dragon was worried about what to do. If he didn't kill the Chief Minister, his girlfriend would be killed, and even if he killed the Chief Minister, they might kill his girlfriend afterward, which meant he had to save his girlfriend at any cost. But now he had no clues. He started searching every room, tent, and area of the circus but found nothing.

Black Dragon then went to the military headquarters and, using his rank, started looking for his girlfriend's location, but he couldn't find anything. He was searching all the clowns and suspicious people coming out of the circus.

Meanwhile, in a room, a girl with her hands and legs tied and a cloth stuffed in her mouth was none other than Kashmira.

Seeing her, a man asked, "Boss, what if he doesn't kill the Chief Minister as we asked?"

Another man sitting nearby, who was their leader, laughed and said, "If he doesn't kill him, we'll kill her."

The man asked, "But boss, he's Black Dragon. Will he give in so easily?"

Their boss laughed and said, "I know he won't fall for our trick, but the Army Chief will."

The man asked, "What do you mean?"

Their boss laughed and said, "If the Army Chief is told that Black Dragon wants to kill Chief Minister Vineet Pratap Singh, what then?"

The man said, "I don't understand, boss."

Their boss said, "To understand, you need a brain, which you don't have. Look, I've given the Army Chief a tip that Black Dragon wants to kill the Chief Minister. I'll give him the reason later. For now, the Army Chief will try to verify this by questioning Black Dragon. As far as I know, Black Dragon won't tell him anything because if the Army Chief finds out, he'll lock up Black Dragon, as the Chief Minister's life is more important to him than a girl's. After that, he might try to find the girl, but he won't risk letting Black Dragon go free."

"And when Black Dragon realizes that the Army Chief knows, he'll try to escape from the Army Chief's hands. After that, there will be enmity between the Army Chief and Black Dragon for a while. If we kill him during this time, and he's in the Army Chief's custody, I don't think he'll work for the army anymore."

The Army Chief said, "Alright, I was just checking on you. I have some work to do, so I have to go." Saying this, he left. After going out, he took out his walkie-talkie and instructed everyone to stay alert and ordered the main gate to be closed.

When the Army Chief returned to the surveillance room, Black Dragon was not there.

The Army Chief then searched everywhere for Black Dragon, but he was nowhere to be found, and there was no commotion either. He realized he couldn't catch Black Dragon now, but he smiled and said, "I'm proud of such a soldier. But does he really want to kill Chief Minister Vineet Pratap Singh?"

Just then, a soldier approached the Army Chief and saluted him.

The soldier saluted and left.

Saying this, he left his villa and reached the headquarters after some time. After a while, he was in front of the Army Chief.

The Army Chief, seeing Abhimanyu, said, "What's the matter? My best soldiers are unexpectedly coming to the same place at the same time."

Abhimanyu asked in confusion, "Who else has come?"

The Army Chief said, "Forget that, tell me why you are here."

Abhimanyu said, "I wanted to know about an old case."

The Army Chief asked, "What kind of case?"

Abhimanyu said that the case is connected to Black Dragon.

The Army Chief was surprised to hear the name Black Dragon and said, "Black Dragon?"

Abhimanyu replied, "Yes, it's somewhat important."

The Army Chief said, "Alright, tell me what you wanted to know."

Abhimanyu asked, "Has Black Dragon ever gone to England for a mission?"

The Army Chief said, "It seems you have a lot to tell me."

Abhimanyu, looking closely at the Army Chief, asked, "Did Black Dragon come here?"

The Army Chief said, "What's going on? Do you think Black Dragon could have come here? Now, will you tell me what's going on?"

Abhimanyu told him about Kashmira's kidnapping and that he was looking for her and nothing else.

The Army Chief said, "It seems like a serious matter."

Abhimanyu, surprised, asked, "A serious matter? Do you know who kidnapped Kashmira?"

The Army Chief asked, "How did you connect Kashmira to Black Dragon?"

Abhimanyu said, "That's not important. What's important is what actually happened."

The Army Chief said, "I've received a tip that Black Dragon wants to kill Vineet Pratap Singh. But to be honest, I had forgotten about Kashmira. If I'm thinking correctly, Black Dragon is being blackmailed, and the person blackmailing him is also giving us tips to keep us focused on Black Dragon."

Abhimanyu asked, "Can I know his story?"

The Army Chief said, "It's not a long story. At one point, Black Dragon was given a mission involving a professor at Harvard University who was the mastermind of a terrorist organization. He was involved in the murder of our embassy chief in England. Black Dragon's mission was to gather information about the professor and his organization and then assassinate them. He didn't mention anything about the Night Demon or the organization. He told her everything about the professor. After learning everything, she agreed to help him and started gathering evidence about the professor's organization. One day, she saw the professor meeting someone and followed him, discovering a hideout of the organization. But before she could inform Black Dragon, the organization spotted her and thought she was there out of curiosity. They were about to kill her when Black Dragon arrived with his team. Since there were many people in the organization and they were armed, Black Dragon couldn't defeat them without harming Kashmira, so he fled with her. The organization searched everywhere for them, but Black Dragon took her to the jungle. He felt responsible for endangering her life. Within a week, he found all the hideouts of the organization with the help of other Night Demon soldiers and attacked them one by one. Within a month, he wiped out the entire organization to ensure Kashmira's safety. However, someone found out about the connection between Black Dragon and Kashmira, and this might have been a mistake for Black Dragon to go and save her as Black Dragon, or there might be another reason they found out. It doesn't make sense to conclude just from this. What was the organization's purpose?"

The Army Chief said, "They all worked for Mustafa and planned assassinations."

Abhimanyu said, "So this means someone else has taken over Mustafa's empire and now wants to rise again."

The Army Chief said, "Yes, this might be their first assassination attempt on us."

Abhimanyu became quite worried.

The Army Chief asked, "What happened?"

Abhimanyu said, "I'm in a dilemma. Should I protect my uncle or save my friend?"

The Army Chief said, "We'll protect your uncle, and as far as I know Black Dragon, he'll find and save Kashmira somehow."

Abhimanyu thought to himself, "For now, I'll try to find Kashmira. Anyway, I've asked Jasmine to keep an eye on her."

Abhimanyu suddenly remembered something and immediately called Ammy.

Abhimanyu asked, "Where are you?"

Ammy replied, "I'm in Uttarakhand, at my father's lab. What's happened?"

Abhimanyu said, "Come to Delhi immediately."

Ammy asked, "But what happened?"

Abhimanyu said, "It's a small but very important task. Come to Delhi as soon as possible," and then he hung up.

Just then, Jin Gyong came to Ammy and asked, "What happened, sis?"

Ammy said, "Abhimanyu called me to Delhi."

Jin Gyong asked, "So are you going?"

Ammy replied, "Yes, he said it's important."

Jin Gyong said, "Are you his servant that you'll follow his every word? Besides, we don't know where he suddenly disappeared."

Ammy calmed her down, saying, "Calm down, my dear. I have to fulfill my friendship. I'm going."

Jin Gyong quickly said, "I'm coming too."

Ammy asked, "Why? Just a moment ago, you were stopping me from going."

Jin Gyong, making an excuse, said, "Yes, but you didn't listen. For your safety, I have to go." Saying this, she left.

Jin Gyong and Ammy then left for Delhi in a car.

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu and Army Chief Ravindra Narayan were together when a soldier came in and said, "Sir, we have brought the man who allotted the SIM card to the person."

The Army Chief asked, "Did he tell you to whom he sold the SIM cards?"

The soldier looked at the man.

The man, scared, said, "Sir, I sold the cards to a close friend. He said someone would pay a lot for them, and I needed the money, so I used a fake ID to allot him 20 SIM cards."

The soldier grabbed the man's collar and said, "Didn't you think he might be using them for something wrong?"

The man said, "Sir, he has taken SIM cards from me many times before. He used to take them for prisoners in Tihar Jail, but I didn't know he was taking them for something else this time."

The Army Chief asked, "Give your friend's details."

The man gave all the details about his friend Maksood.

Abhimanyu immediately left.

The Army Chief quickly told the soldiers, "Follow him and obey his every order."

The soldier saluted and left.

However, by the time the soldier got outside, Abhimanyu had disappeared. The soldier gathered the others and went to Maksood's address.

But when they reached, Maksood was not at any of his usual places. He wasn't even at his hiding spot. Just then, the soldiers heard a scream.

When they followed the sound, they saw Abhimanyu standing there, and Maksood was cowering in front of him, saying, "Please don't hit me anymore. I'll tell you everything."

The soldiers were confused because Maksood didn't have a single scratch on his body.

Maksood said, "Asif Bhai took the SIM cards from me. I'm telling the truth."

Abhimanyu asked for all the details about Asif and then went to the soldiers, saying, "Arrest him."

Abhimanyu went to all the locations Asif mentioned, but there was no one there, and they couldn't track his phone either.

Abhimanyu was at one of Asif's hideouts when he saw a man walking in.

Abhimanyu approached him and asked, "Where is Asif Bhai?"

The man glared at Abhimanyu and asked, "Who are you?"

Abhimanyu said, "I wanted to hire him for a job."

The man asked, "What job?"

Abhimanyu said, "I want someone kidnapped."
