Huang to Zhu (2)

In the darkness, the cold had numbed her limbs. Out of the corner of her eyes, she vaguely detected a small purple flame flickering. Her head turned and she slowly stood on her pale feet stiffly. Huang Xun Wan moved closer to the flame with difficulty.

Unexpectedly, the flame engulfed her.

Huang Xun Wan could feel the blaze searing her skin and heard its sizzling noise. The fire peeled her skin and ate her flesh.

Ah...It hurts...

After the purple flame extinguished, what remained was her skeleton, two purple eyes, and silver hair. Then suddenly, a droplet of bloody red liquid appeared. It gradually grew and drowned her skeleton as she soaked in the bloody red liquid.

New flesh began to grow then smooth and porcelain white skin. Exquisite face, big almond shaped eyes, a tiny nose and a soft, moist, and tender cherry blossom lips. Coupled with her silver hair and purple eyes, what was it but the Creator's best piece of artwork.

When Huang Xun Wan's eyes opened, the bloody liquid was gone.

In front of her, a black scythe shone crimson slowly appeared. A bone-chilling voice sounded,

"Huang Xun Wan is Zhu Xiao Wan, the Owner of the cursed scythe, Lianzhou, the scythe that reaps souls."

The scythe, Lianzhou fell into Zhu Xiao Wan's hand. A book appeared, when she looked, the book had 'Lianzhou' on it.

Huang Xun Wan is Zhu Xiao Wan. I, am Zhu Xiao Wan.

Zhu Xiao Wan then lost consciousness.

Zhu Xiao Wan regained her conscious when a sharp pain hit her head. Images and memories streamed in furiously.

Zhu Xiao Wan, the young miss of the Zhu Family. She was loved by her parents and her elder brother, Zhu Xiao Qian. One day, the Zhu Family's enemy came and destroyed everything.

The pictures were so clear, she could even imagine how the event had happened.

Zhu Xiao Qian and Zhu Xiao Wan were playing together when their parents hastened in the room. Their mother said she loved them, while their father told Zhu Xiao Qian to protect his little sister and be safe. Their father hugged their mother and them in his arms.

When their father released them, Father and Mother set up a barrier that took almost all of their strengths. The barrier allowed people inside the barrier to see outside, whilst those outsides couldn't see, touch and sense the people inside.

Inside the barrier, they saw every one of the Zhu Family along with their parents trying to protect their home. Inside the barrier, Zhu Xiao Wan's mouth was blocked by Zhu Xiao Qian tightly, so she couldn't cry out loudly. Zhu Xiao Qian blocked his little sister's mouth, he himself sobbed silently.

They couldn't make a sound or they would have been killed.

Later, their parents' friend came and brought them to his family's Ning Wang Manor in the Qianyu Kingdom. Zhu Xiao Wan had been unconscious as soon as her parents' friend came.

After the memories were fully imprinted in her mind, she opened her eyes.
