"Let me ask you some questions first. Why come to me of all the people? Why not ask your father yourself?" Old master knew the answers, but he wanted to hear thm from her

"Because you and old master smith are the only people whose request dad won't refuse right now.  Also, i didn't ask dad because i knew he wouldn't listen to me. " bella tried to avoid answering 2nd question.

"Why?" But old maser wanted  one certain brat to hear her answer to his 2nd question, so he insisted

Bella sighed " because he knows that villa is really precious to me so in return he will ask me to marry young master hunt" she then looked at james who was also looking at her so she bit her lip and looked away. James suddenly felt it was hot in there.

"Ok, but that villa is quite expensive,"

Bella suddenly took out her phone and asked

" plz give me your account details. i will transfer the money right now."

Old master was stunned now. james was also surprised.

"Haha, you seem to be quite rich, beautiful girl alright, one last question."

"What makes you think i would sell it to you without putting the same condition out as your father?"

James and Bella opened their eyes wide. She didn't think of it like that.

"Why would you? I mean, you have no reason to force young master hunt to marry me against his will, right?" But as the words left her mouth, she became uncertain.

"You wouldn't, right?" So she asked again

"Well, child, did you forget james also has a condition to fulfil if he wants to take over the hunt corp. Which is marrying you and giving birth to an heir. "

"But that was before you knew that, ja.. young master hunt didn't want to marry me, right?"

Old master smirked, "nopes that condition still stands.as i only want you as my grand daughter in law and he wants hunt corp so he will give me what i want and i will give him want he wants."

James couldn't believe his ears. He didn't know that his grandfather could be this scheming.

'What the hell? Why is he hell-bent on making me his granddaughter in law. What should i do now? Then she looked at time and gasped.

"Old master plz call my dad right now. i will think of future problems later. Right now, i just need to solve this crisis at hand. "

"Ok, as you wish," old master called Mr. howell and Mr. howell agreed. Bella sighed with relief.

"He said he would stop the demolition and will bring  the papers to sign tomorrow."

"Thank u, old master hunt. i owe u a huge favour now,"

"Hmm, how about repaying it by marrying this brat?"

Bella choked on her sliva. Why does it feel like she has dug her own grave.

After thanking old master hunt, Bella rushed out of hunt residence as if she were running for her life.James saw this from the window and sighed.

She tried to call for a cab but no cab was available in that area. 'Shit, please, i really need to get out of this area'

"Cough" james cleared his throat behind bellas back but she got a really bad scare and screamed while closing her eyes.

"Calm down, it's me," he held her hand.

"What do you want? Why would you jump on me like that?" She freed her hand from him

"Do you need a ride? Grandpa saw you standing here from the window, so he asked me to come"

"Ah, no thank you, young master hunt, i will manage."

"Do you have to address me so courteously?" He frowned then said in a low voice."We used to be friends after all. "

Bella stopped, then turned. " That was before i knew who you were. Also, i have been addressing you in that manner for years now. You never complained before, what changed now. I am leaving. Goodbye"

James stood there looking at her back for a long time before he left.
