Two Working In Silence
There was a long pause on the phone and Lin Xiaoxiao was starting to get anxious. She had no one else to turn to for something like this and she could not leave Minmin alone knowing how much she had suffered, knowing she would be alone with just a maid to care for her when she went home. Lin Xiaoxiao knew that Minmin needed a proper home with someone who cared for her.
Not being able to take the silence any more Lin Xiaoxiao was the first to speak: "Mom..."
A long sigh could be heard on the other side before finally Qin Mei said something: "Where are you now? Let's talk first."
"I'm at the hospital VIP room 105. Call me when you are here I have to come down and bring you in. This ward is shut off to all except authorized personnel." Lin Xiaoxiao had Shen Xing completely lock down the floor they were on. She did not want a male nurse or male doctor going near Minmin's room.
