Edmond Miller raised an eyebrow at his daughter as he tried not to smile.
He knew that Maya wouldn't make such an accusation so lightly, he clearly had full confidence in Maya and Maya could see it in her father's eyes.
"Explain Miss M—Williams," Edmond said as he quickly corrected himself.
He almost slipped and exposed who Maya was by almost calling her Miss Miller.
Maya knew that there was a high chance of this happening, and that's why she avoided any interaction with family in the office as possible.
"Vice President Miller, please look at what Miss Poiters is wearing," Maya said as she gestured at Cassandra from head to toe.
"Clothes?" her father asked.
"Ahhh," several women said as they nodded their heads.
"Sir, do any of your daughters wear any of these brands so casually?" Maya asked as she tried to lead her father toward the realization she wanted.
