"What are you doing here?" Maya asked as she looked at Nate from head to toe.
He wasn't dressed in his usual casual clothes, instead, he was dressed in a suit and tie looking more handsome than Maya had ever seen him. Those five years did him good, his features matured and his body filled in.
"I'm here to meet with the representative from Miller Industries, and you?" Nate asked, looking a little bit confused by the fact that Maya was there to meet him.
Maya's jaw dropped, how was it possible that the person she was waiting for from DLR Enterprises was Nate Rue in the same cafe where she would wait for him to get off work?
"Aren't you a finance clerk at DLR?" she asked as she took control of her facial expression. She didn't want Nate to see her shock or the crimson blush that was threatening to crawl up her cheeks as she admire how he looked.
