Star entertainment stands firmly as the biggest entertainment agency in the country for almost fifty years as they were one of the pioneers of the entertainment industry.

Star entertainment was created by Cheng Moran a top artist back in his days.

The Cheng's had long since been the corner Stone of the entertainment industry of the country since its beginning, star entertainment had signed and managed a lot of artist since it was established.Over the years Star entertainment has been very Selective with the artist they sign and managed, they signed only the best.

Star entertainment was only an artist management company but eight years ago after Cheng Jianyu succeeded his grandfather as the CEO of Star entertainment, about six months in they produced their first TV series titled The Emperor's new Empress written by Ji Feng a notable script writer who had won many awards and had since signed an exclusive contract with Star Entertainment thanks to the his masterpiece the Emperor's new Empress which was directed by Zhang Zhi a world renowned Director.

It stared Child actress Tang Fenfeng, Entertainment Emperor Jung Jianguo and singer, songwriter Qi Yue which were artists signed under star entertainment. The series only stared artists signed under Star entertainment.

Their first series brought much prestige to Star entertainment and gave rise to many others. Five years later Star Entertainment dived fully into the movie making business by purchase of the broadcasting company MOB later renamed Star TV.

Two years later they bought the music production company K music and had long since signed many groups and musicians under their umbrella.

It is considered a huge career achievement to be signed under star entertainment as Star entertainment represented the biggest stars and future top stars in the country.

Star entertainment grew careers from scratch, which was why most aspiring artists strived to get signed by Star entertainment but that road was as difficult as finding the fountain of youth as star entertainment only signed Four artists a year euch one from different fields in entertainment so basically they signed only one artist per Entertainment field from musicians to actors to dancers and idol groups and they didn't leave space for mistakes.

An in-house audition is held During the casting for a Star Entertainment production where the participants are screened and chosen based on their strength, dedication and skill, except for stars who received scripts personally which were more rare than panda blood.

Star entertainment did not suffer fools they did not tolerate any slip ups from their artists. When dropped by star entertainment no agency dared take that artist in, the same went for artist that attacked their artist unlawfully you were dropped never to be picked again except by star entertainment which was unheard of.

Star Entertainment had only one Golden Rule "Do not become a liability of any form, Drinking, partying and Drugs were no allowed and any artist in violation of this rule is dropped their contact terminated and sued for damages.

An example of which was seen in the contract termination of the artist "V" after his repeated Drug scandal and DUI. During the initial charge no evidence and the case dropped untill a video surfaced of his taking dringing and taking drugs in the private room the f a club with another female star Ji yi.

Who insisted to have been drugged leading to further investigations. However after some the further investigation it was discovered that she was drugged by V and wasn't aware of her actions. But that didn't help her at all as her reputation was.already distroyed.
