In the room, there was a faint yellow lamp on the bedside cabinet. Tang Mo'er's luscious, long eyelashes quivered a little before she opened her eyes. Her bright, clear eyes dazedly looked at the resplendent chandelier above her. She turned her head towards the door.

There was a tall, handsome figure standing by the door. Gu Mohan was standing against the light, looking graceful and polished.

Both of their eyes met. Gu Mohan swiftly curved his thin lips and his low voice was laced with tenderness. "Mo'er…"

Tang Mo'er averted her gaze from his handsome face and looked elsewhere. She was searching for the person she wanted to find.

"Mr Gu… Mr Gu…" she called softly. Lifting the blanket, she stood up on the carpet and ran towards to the door without any shoes on.

"Mr Gu, where are you? Mr Gu, please come out. Don't scare me!" Tang Mo'er's pretty face blanched.
