7 Hiding the big Boss

Jin Jing seemed to be in a good mood. She was humming a song. After she caught sight of the silent Gu Xiao Xiao, she grinned arrogantly and proudly.

"Jin Jing, come here, I have something to ask you."

Chu Xiao Xi walked before Jin Jing and pulled her in by her clothes. She used so much strength that Jin Jing had no way to resist.

"Chu Xiao Xi what are you doing? Let me go!" Jin Jing struggled with all her might. Before long, she started to curse ugly words.

"If you dare to say any more profanity, I am going to tear your mouth apart." Chu Xiao Xi stopped her footsteps and looked over to Jin Jing. She spoke one word at a time, "If you don't believe me. Try me."

Jin Jing's heart dropped to the ground. Though she was unwilling, her words got stuck in her throat and she didn't have the guts to spew them out.

"Xiao Xi, let her go." Gu Xiao Xiao inhaled deeply and stood up, "This is related to me so there is no need to let the world know. Whatever we need to talk about, we can talk about here."

Gu Xiao Xiao stared directly into Jin Jing's eyes and asked, "Jin Jing, water got into my laptop. Did you have anything to do with it?"

"Ha?" Jin Jing looked at her with a cold smile. "Water got into your laptop? More like water got into your brain! Why would I know about your broken laptop?"

"My computer was fine last night. I didn't use it in the daytime and today, you were the only person here in the dorm. If it wasn't you, then who was it?" Gu Xiao Xiao could not understand her motive. "Jin Jing, as a human, you shouldn't take it too far!"

"How are you so sure it was me? Maybe someone else came over during the day? Plus, just because you say there's water inside, there's water inside?" Jin Jing's attitude was stern. She was unwilling to admit that what happened was related to her.

Gu Xiao Xiao was rather furious. Remember what Jin Jing and Mu Yun Fan pulled on her before, her tightened fists quivered. Because in her life, she has never met anyone so shameless. She stole her boyfriend, tried to sell her, and poured water into her laptop!

Without giving Gu Xiao Xiao and Jin Jing any time to react, Chu Xiao Xi dragged Jin Jing out of the room.

The door was slammed shut behind them. Gu Xiao Xiao stared blankly at the direction they had left in. Her mind was empty.

"Let me go!" The moment they left the room, Jin Jing fought off Chu Xiao Xi's hand. "If you do anything more to me, I am going to yell."

"Yell? Ha, okay, you can yell." Chu Xiao Xi looked at her with a smile. "You think I am like Gu Xiao Xiao? You think I am easy to deal with?"

Against Chu Xiao Xi's crowding, Jin Jing felt a strange pressure.

"I don't have much to say to someone like you. But I hope you realize one thing." Chu Xiao Xi looked down on Jin Jing, who has now been forced to retreat against the door. She said in a low voice, "I have a video that shows who poured water onto her laptop. If you want to take this whole thing further, I'm okay with it."

Jin Jing was a little startled. She didn't think Chu Xiao Xi would have this card up her sleeve.

Currently, Jin Jing's intuition was telling her that Chu Xiao Xi isn't someone to be messed with.

Chu Xiao Xi took one step back and went back into the room. Jin Jing, after taking a moment to calm herself down, also returned.

After shutting the door, Jin Jing's eyes went directly toward Chu Xiao Xi, who was sitting before her desk. Chu Xiao Xi's computer was on. The screen displayed an image of Gu Xiao Xiao's desk….

Jin Jing's head buzzed. It looked like Chu Xiao Xi, this delirious woman, was telling the truth. She had installed cameras in their dorm room and it was pointed directly towards Gu Xiao Xiao's corner.

Just when did she set this up? Why did she do this?

"Um, Gu Xiao Xiao."

Jin Jing weighed her options. After hesitating for a while, she slowly walked behind Gu Xiao Xiao.

Gu Xiao Xiao was staring at her broken laptop in a daze. She peered at Jin Jing and asked blankly, "What?"

"Your computer… I didn't break it on purpose. I don't have such ill intentions. I wasn't being careful and when I walked by it with a cup of water, I slipped… sorry about that."

"Ill intentions… not on purpose." Gu Xiao Xiao repeated those keywords and sarcastically smiled, "Jin Jing, this is how Professor Wei brought you up?!"

"I can fix your laptop. Or I can buy you a new one."

"There's no need for a new one. I like using my own stuff." Gu Xiao Xiao was far too lazy to talk to her about other useless things. She closed her laptop and placed it in Jin Jing's hand, "It's almost exam time. I don't care if you are willing or not, I hope you can fix it as soon as possible and return it to me."
