Bobby made a move to dump the cupcake in the trash. Jason mimed no, and whispered, “I swear, she’ll find it. You’ll be in the dog house for days.”
Bobby heaved a sigh. “Okay, about last night,” he said. “Spill.”
“There’s nothing to talk about. I can’t have a relationship with anyone unless they accept Kitty—he didn’t want a relationship only a fuck,” Jason looked around quickly to see if Kitty had heard him. “So he offered me a job instead. I took it because the tips will be better and I’ll have the chance to meet someone who will accept Kitty and doesn’t mind that I’m a virgin.” Jason took the plate of cupcakes back into the pantry as Bobby choked one down turning even greener. Jason got out the Alka-Seltzer.
Bobby almost retched. “Only for Kitty will I eat a cupcake when I’m this hungover. How do you know he won’t accept Kitty? You hardly spoke to him, he may like kids.” Bobby chugged the Alka-Seltzer
