a new beginning of the two love bird

After the incident Miss Aiko was teasing us the whole day, and it was so cute seeing Kumi was flattered and red while begging her mum to stop.

The quiz day came, I got 2nd place, Kumi got 7th place and the top place went to Chizuru.

Later Kumi walked up to me and said:

"DAIKI it's not fair that you got 2nd place and I got 7th. It's so not fair!!!!"

"How so?" I replied knowing exactly what answer she's gonna give me.

"You didn't even study. All you did was just tutoring me all weekend, and I even tried distracting you by asking to play video games. How are you still beating me?!"

The class overheard the conversation, and as soon as Kumi left to buy some orange juice, I was swarmed by the boy asking me things like.

"What's your relationship with Suki?"

"Why are you two so close?"

"Why did she ask you to go over to her place?"

"Does she have a boyfriend?"

I was at a loss of words, and not knowing what to answer but the homeroom teacher arrived so everyone took their seats.

The homeroom teacher then announced

"Congratulations to all those who are above 10th place on the pop quiz. The school wanted to reward you by giving you a field trip to The Arnazald Science University Lab next Monday, but those who are below 10th place will continue studying as usual. This is of course optional and if you don't wish to attend then you don't need to come. "

The class was shocked, some were whining and some were cheering.

As for me I don't really wanna go but I just wanted to skip Music class on Monday, and maybe spend some more time with Kumi.

On the weekend I went over to Kumi house and asked her about the School trip

"Kumi, what do you think about the school trip?"

"I'm looking forward to it"

"I guess me too"

"Kumi, can you come down here a bit, honey?" Her mom yelled calling for her

"Coming mum"

As I sat in her room I thought to myself, should I try making a move on her? I mean it is completely okay right, we are a couple now after all, but I won't go too far just a bit like startling her or grabbing her hand or teasing her that all nothing inappropriate at all.

When Kumi came back she asked

"Daiki, do you want to stay for lunch?"

"If you're the lunch than I would" I replied with embarrassment and at the same time feeling cringe

"Eww what? Don't say that ever again it's so cringey." She replied with a disgusted expression

"Even if you think it's cringe but it is the truth, I want you to be my lunch"

"I just said stop saying that"

"Well, did your heart skip a beat?" i asked with a proud face believing that i made her flustered

"No. But if you were to ask me, did that weird me out? Than yes, yes it would"

"Damn it!" i shouted, and was embarrassed for what I just said

"Oh so you want to attack me when I'm off guard I see so you wanna play like that? Alright."

She started coming closer and closer, holding my hand and said

"I always want to know what my darling tasted like. Would you like me to devour you and see what you taste like? You know what, why should I ask, you already belong to me after all" Kumi was teasing and had a big smirk on her face .

I was stunned, speechless as she crawled on to me and whispered.

"You wouldn't mind right sweetheart? Itada Kimasu.(Thank you for the meal)"

As she pushed me down on the floor, her mouth wide open ready to eat me up started getting closer and closer to my neck, all of a sudden her mum walked in again and saw she was on me, Kumi started getting flustered and her face was turning even more red than a tomato. Then she shouted.

"DAMN IT MOM, Do you know something called knocking?!"

"Oh sorry for… interrupting your meal honey, i was here to asked you guys to eat lunch together but since you guys got each other i think i can eat all the food with your dad"

Kumi flustered turning bright red and pushed her mum out of the room, she look at me and said

"You didn't win, my mom was the one who made me flustered, not you alright!" as she stormed off to lunch.

I just sat here with the reddest smile on my face.
