Chapter 1

As Kid Flash, Robin, and Aqualad enter the room at the end of the hall on level 52 with a squadron of Genomorphs in hot pursuit. Aqualdon destroys the console closing and locking the door giving them some limited time. The light in the room turns on and what greets them is a sigh that draws varying degrees of shock from the trio.

There were two boys in pods. One was a Caucasian male with short black hair. He is noticeably taller than most people of his physiological age and is quite muscular. He looked about 16 years old and wore a full-body white skin-tight suit with and shield enclosed capital S on his chest. The other had a brown complexion and curly black hair with a fade at the sides. He was dressed in a black body suit with silver accents with a Wonder Woman symbol on his chest. A silver bracer with stars on each arm and a helm that didn't cover his head and or the front of his face just his crown. He had a silver lasso strapped to his right side and a sword sheathed in a shield on his back.

"Are they what I think they are" asked Kid Flash cutting the silence.

"Robin Hack" instructed Aqualad breaking the protoge of Batman from his stupor. Robing went to the nearby console, extended a cable from his utility, and connected to the Cadmus network. 

"Hmm the security is tuff," he said

"You can't get in" asked Kid Flash incredulously not believing his friend was unsuccessful.

"Nah I'm in," he said with a smirk proving KF's point

"What have you found" asked Aqualad as he and Kid Flash approached the monitor on the console.

Images of the two young men were pulled as well as statistics. Robin went through them all and finally found the info on their creation. "All right, now what do we have hear? First of Project: Kr aka The Superboy created from DNA acquired from Superman-"

"Stolen from Super. There is no way the big guy knows abou this" added Kid Flash

"The genomorphs in his pod teach the clone telepathically and he is fed yellow sun radiation by a solar suit. And get this he's was force grown to 16 in 16 weeks 1 year per week" 

"Who knows what else they are teaching him? I mean they could be making a weapon, a..a slave out of well...Superman's son"

"What of the other Robin" inquired Aqualad

"Right gimmie a sec," he said before shuffling threw some other files."Here we go. Project Spartan aka The Wonder Boy created from DNA acquired from Wonder Woman and-"

"Why is he black" interrupted KF

"Kid stop interrupting" instructed Aqualad making KF raise his hand in surrender"Go on Robin"

"Thanks, I was getting to that. DNA is acquired from Wonder Woman and combined with the DNA of an unknown surrogate father. The father was a meta-human whose ability was unknown. However Project: Spartan has developed a meta-gene as well. His ability stems from his development as the clone has taken to the knowledge obtained from the genomorphs exceptionally well. Whether knowledge of combat, languages, or education all was absorbed with ease and has allowed for this clone's development to surpass that of Project Kr by a year. It's estimated that it would have by more had physical aspects been added to the curriculum in person instead of via telepath. The full extent of his meta-gene has not been documented as it is believed that the gene itself is still developing. However, it is safe to say that the clone can surpass the parent in terms of potential. As for other aspects, more research is required." read Robin

"Hol-wait so what he doesn't have a limit," asked Kid Flash, who was tab flabbergasted by the info.

"According to this they don't know as yet" replied Robin

"It doesn't matter. We need to shut this whole operation down. Now is the time to contact the league" stoically said Aqualad before attempting to contact his mentor. But it was unsuccessful.

"We're in too deep....literally, the signal can't get out," said Robin

"Set them free, perhaps with their help our odds of escape will be better" instructed Aqualad.

~Outside the Room~

"We'll need some G-Trolls to open this door," said Guardian to Dr. Desmond. Guardian is a calm level level-headed figure of authority. Unlike his employer, Dr. Desmond, he tends to be a bit more open-minded on certain issues and will seek a peaceful resolution if possible. This annoys Desmond to no end and he often has to use Guardian's G-Gnome to make him see things his way instead. Guardian is a strongly built-Caucasian male with red hair and blue eyes. He wore a dark blue jumpsuit with a golden helmet and golden shoulder and wrist pads

Mark Desmond was a strict, stern man who used G-Gnomes to manipulate his staff and security officers while willingly conducting illegal genetic experiments in the underground Cadmus labs. He is manipulative and very impatient, yet also very protective of his labs and experiments. To some extent, he manifests arrogance and hubris by considering himself and Cadmus to be one and the same. Mark Desmond had long brown colored hair tied in the back in a ponytail. He wore a standard white lab coat, glasses, and brown sandals and had slight wrinkles on his face and streaks of white in his hair, an indicator that he may be well into his forties.

"This is a disaster. If the directors find out about this they will have our heads" He said while rubbing his neck"My head" he finished with a mumble. Then suddenly a stroke of cunning hit him. And he turns to Dubbilex. Dubbilex is a G-Goblin, bred to possess telekinetic powers, Dubbilex has the appearance of a tall, slender man with blue skin. His head is radically different from that of a human, most notably in the presence of horns and the absence of a nose. He also has pointed, fin-like ears, and two ribbons of flesh, originating on his cheeks. He wears plain white hospital-like pants and a matching shirt. 

"Dubbilex contact the Genomorhps in the pods of Project Kr and Project Spartan" he commanded. Dubbilex placed his left hand on his temple and his horns began to glow red.

~Back Inside the Room~

Robin began hacking into the pods and within a few moments a hiss was heard as the pods began to open. But at the same time, the six Genomorphs three per pod received instructions from Dubbilex and their horns began to glow.

Both clones opened and narrowed their eyes simultaneously. 

"Uh oh," said Kid Flash as he started to back away. Robin got into a defensive stance. Aqualad held up his hands in surrender and attempted to placate the clones"We are here to set you free." both clones charged at the sidekicks. Superboy charged a Kf who dodged. Wonderboy charged at Aqualad who used his water bearers as a sword and shield. Wonder Boy punched Aqualad who defended with his shield but the sheer force catapulted him into the door and knocked some of the breath out of him. Wonder Boy then used his silver lasso and caught Robin who was trying to get Super Boy to let go of Kid Flash's neck with his taser to no effect. He lassoed him and tossed him into Aqualad who had just got back to his feet, which slammed both of them back into the door. But he didn't let them breathe. As he charged at them grabbed Robin by the neck and delivered a devastating choke slam into unconsciousness. At the same time, Super Boy choked Kid Flash out with one hand and dropped the body on the floor. 

Aqualad now back on his feet was met punch to the face he blocked with his shield but it left him open for a body blow that raised him off the ground. He coughed trying to regain his breath and looked up only to be met with Wonder Boy's boot to his face and he joined his friends in unconsciousness.

Super Boy then went over to the door and pried it open with his bare hands. Which allowed Dr Desmond and those outside outside to come in.

Dr Desmond sees the state of the intruders and smiles. He looks at the clones stanting by his side and praises them."Atta boys"
