DENIED

As she reached towards Dr. David, she saw a woman. She was white with fairly nice skin but little pale, she was wearing makeup that was simple but she looked elegant and well dressed. The aura around her was friendly but slightly cold.

"Is she his wife?"

She thought while approaching the three people who are in the hallway. Her closest friend, Fabian was smiling as he saw her coming their way.

"Hey, who was that?. Do you know him?"

" Just an old friend", she replied while staring clear to the women who was in front of her. The woman was really beautiful and cute. She was trying to come up with something else to say to Dr. David in order to avoid the topic but she was beaten to it.

"This is Jane, the wife of the husband who you left with earlier," said Dr. David.

"Oh, I'm Dr. Ashley"

Fabian: Hey, Ashley lets go before the break is over.

She felt saved when her friend said that. She was complaining that she was hungry as soon the break started but her appetite suddenly disappeared when she saw Dontay. Before she left heading to the cafeteria, she was a figure that was heading their way.

" I am sorry, Dr. David but I can't do this surgery for you. Let's talk later". Without letting Dr. David reply to her, she left with Fabian heading to the cafe. Dr. David felt something was weird. Dr.Ashley was known as a crazy surgeon in the surgeon department. She does surgery as crazy most of them a challenging one but never takes credit for them; This was a challenging surgery that he brought to her but she refused. He was puzzled.

Dr. David: I am sorry sir, but the doctor has rejected to do the surgery.

Dontay: I know. Let's go.

Jane felt something was wrong with Dontay after returning back. His face was flashing different kinds of emotion.
