Choosing A Stage Name.

Ye Roulan stepped out of her car and walked into the building. Though she was a bit sure she was going to pass the trial.

She walked up to the receptionist who had her head bent down on the table. "Hello" she said softly. The lady looked up with red swollen eyes like she had been crying. When she saw Roulan at the front of her table, she quickly wiped her eyes and wore a professional smile."What can I do for you miss?" she asked.

Roulan, for a moment forgot her reason for being there. Her heart went out to the lady who seemed to be in pain despite wearing that smile. "Are you okay?" she asked her.

The receptionist who did not want pity from people, quickly nodded and wiped her face again. "What can I do for you?" She asked Ye Roulan again. Roulan quickly came to her senses. "I'm here for Manager Meng Linlin". The receptionist looked at Ye Roulan in doubt. "Do you have an appointment?". "Yes" Roulan replied. The receptionist picked up the telephone and dialed Memg Linlin's office.

Meng Linlin was busy picking scripts for Ye Roulan when the call from the reception came in. She picked it up and just as she expected the receptionist told her about the arrival of Roulan. "Let her in." She saw potential in Ye Roulan, that was why when Shi Sheong and Long Min told her about her she used her resources to check up on her background.

She discovered that she was the first daughter of the Ye family. Her father was the chairman of Ye Enterprises. While she was thinking of Roulan's background, she heard a knock on the door. "Come in".

Roulan entered the office. "Good morning Sis Linlin.". Meng Linlin stood up and went to the resting area in the office.

When she and Roulan settled down, they exchanged pleasantries. "Now, straight to business". Meng Linlin started. "You will need a stage name - a unique one at that". Roulan rested her back on the sofa. After a while, she thought of the name she had always wanted to bear. "Ivy!" she said finally.

Meng Linlin was surprised "Ivy?" she asked. "Yes," Roulan replied. "I have always liked that name". Meng Linlin smiled at her. " Unique indeed."
