Chapter 1: Decorating the Guild for her Return

*3rd person* 

Two boys and their exceed partners boarded the train that's heading to Magnolia. The two boys and one of the exceeds are super excited. The other exceed looks at them happily, a smile never leaving her face. (I hope you know who they are). There is one thought racing through all of their heads:

'We're going to see her soon'

Everyone on the train is going to Magnolia for one reason and one reason only:

"THE DRAGON QUEEN AND STRONGEST FEMALE WIZARD IN FAIRY TAIL IS RETURNING HOME AFTER A YEAR LONG QUEST"

This has been the top headline in Sorcerer Weekly for the past week. Everyone is headed to Magnolia to see her return. Since her return has been announced, all the citizens of Magnolia have been decorating the streets with banners, balloons, streamers etc. The streets are filled tons of balloons in all shapes, colors and sizes. Streamers have been taped across roofs to make a zig-zag pattern throughout the town. Banners have been hung from houses, spelling out her name in golden letters.

The two boys and their exceeds are so excited to see their idol in real life and not just in Sorcerer Weekly. After they learned that she was a Dragon Slayer Requip Mage and she can used every type of Dragon Slaying Magic, their little heads have been filled with questions for her: 'How did you learn your magic? Was it by a dragon or a lacrima? Which one's your favorite? Which one's your strongest? Can you show me all of them? Why do they call you the Dragon Queen?' 

The Dragon Queen is also #1 on 'Fiore's Top 10 Hottest Wizards' and 'Fiore's Most Eligible Wizard Bachelorette'. She's also known for being the prettiest girl in Fairy Tail. 

"Hello boys," a woman says with a warm smile. "Are you headed to Magnolia for the Dragon Queen's return?"

"Yes. Yes we are," the boy with the black hair replied. His name is Rogue Cheney, a Shadow Dragon Slayer.

"I think so too," one of the exceeds says happily. Her name is Frosch, Rogue's exceed partner (Frosch will be a girl in this).

"We are so excited to see her and ask her about her magic," the other boy says. His name is Sting Eucliffe, a White Dragon Slayer.

"Yeah. She's super awesome," the other exceed exclaims. His name is Lector, Sting's exceed partner.

"Well I hope you guys have fun and don't get lost while you're there," the woman says with another warm smile as she walks off. 

The boys sit in silence as they head to Magnolia. 

*At the Guild. 3rd person*

"SHE"S RETURNING! Y/N IS RETURNING," Natsu yells, while jumping up and down and spraying fire around the Fairy Tail Guild Hall.

~This is Natsu Dragneel, one of the Dragon Slayers in Fairy Tail~

"Shut up ya pyro. We're trying to decorate the guild, and you're burning the decorations," Gray exclaimed. 

~This is Gray Fullbuster, an Ice-Make mage~

"What did you say Stripper?" Natsu asked. Natsu and Gray bonked heads and glared at each other until a certain redhead stopped what she was doing and without turning around, she asked: 

"Something wrong boys?"

"No ma'am."

"Good," Erza said and returned to what she was doing.

~This is Erza Scarlet, a Requip mage, and Y/n's best friend~

"They aren't very manly," Elfman said quietly to his sister, Mirajane while hanging up streamers. (It was hard writing Elfman saying that quietly)

~This is Elfman and Mirajane Strauss, both Take Over mages~

Mira couldn't help but laugh quietly as his comment.

On the other side of the guild, Natsu, Gray, Bisca, and Alzack are blowing up balloons while Lucy and Happy are hanging up banners. The realization has finally hit Lucy.

"WAIT! Y/N L/N, THE DRAGON QUEEN AND MOST HOTTEST WIZARD IN ALL OF FIORE IS A MEMBER OF FAIRY TAIL!" She squealed. (Pay attention Lucy!)

~This is Lucy Heartfilia, a Celestial Sprirt mage~

"Aye, and if you keep yelling, I'm going to drop you. My ears can't take it anymore," Happy says.

~This is Happy the Cat, Natsu's exceed partner~

"DON'T YOU DARE DROP ME CAT," Lucy yelled.

And with that, Happy dropped her.  Lucy sat on the floor, glaring up at the blue exceed.

"I told you I'd drop you," the blue exceed said.

And with that, the blue exceed flew away to find his dragon slayer partner, leaving Lucy on the ground. 

"Hey Lulu, you ok?" Lucy looked up to see the outstretched hand of Levy McGarden.

"Yeah." Lucy took Levy's hand and she helped her up.  "Thanks," Lucy smiles and she proceeds to dust herself off.

"Yeah. Of course. No problem," Levy smiles back.

~This is Levy McGarden, a Solid Script mage~

"You guys are too loud. I'm trying to hang these decorations in peace," a brunette said.

"YOUR NOT EVEN HELPING CANA," someone yelled. 

"YOU'RE JUST DRINKING AS USUAL," another yelled.

"Oh, Max, Warren. A girl can multitask y'know," Cana said, instantly downing her barrel.

~This is Cana Alberona - a Card mage, Max Alors - a Sand mage, and Warren Rocko - a Telepathy mage. 

"ARE YOU BRATS ALMOST FINISHED?!" a booming voice calls throughout the guild hall.

"Almost Master," Mira's sweet voice answers.

"Thank you Mirajane," the voice is coming from the bar where Fairy Tail's master sits, watching his children decorate for her arrival.

~This is Makarov Dreyar, master of Fairy Tail, and one of the Ten Wizard Saints~

*30 minutes later*

The guild is finally finished and ready for her arrival. Natsu and Gray are arguing while the rest of the members of Fairy Tail are talking in small groups. One blond mage was watching the guild from the second floor, not bothering to join in.  His team went out on a job so it was just him today.

"They are making such a big deal out of her return, it's ridiculous," he muttered to himself.  But deep down, he was excited that she was returning.

~This is Laxus Dreyar, a Lightning Dragon Slayer and Master Makarov's grandson~

The guild was so tired after decorating the guild all day that no one even noticed that the Fairy Tail guild hall doors opened to reveal a girl in a cloak and two exceeds. 

Y/n L/n, the Dragon Queen has finally returned home.

This whole book is probably going to be in 3rd person cause it's easier and I'm lazy.

You know when you start writing a chapter but you dont know what to write so you leave it for a bit until you know what you want to write so you come back and start writing again?
