No matter how fat you get, the size of your bones will barely change. At most, the bone density might slightly increase.
Thus, to avoid the fate of hilarious x-rays, don't get fat.
It's actually very mindboggling when you see fat person who just resembles a blob and remember that they have a normal skeleton somewhere in there.
