"Damn! This is far from what we were told we would face while entering the Deceleration Mountain. What is with these endless staircases?" On the same path that Xu Kai and Ye Yu were on, a group of core disciples from different factions seemed to be complaining every step of the way, and even signs of some of them quitting were apparent. Standing behind this group, a man could be seen smearing, and the only reason he did not attack them was because he had no idea what the consequences of such actions would bear. The man was the same one showing some fighting intent towards those legacy disciples that had already gone before them. He was indeed interested in doing it, but the current situation seemed to not allow him such a luxury.
