Inside the studio.

The studio was a stone throw from the house. It was a bricked building with a metal roof whose color seemed to have faded.

Dane unlocked the door with a small key that looked half rotted. Immediately, smell of dust and fog oozed off from the dark shabby environment.

"oh my! this place is creepy!" Scout exclaimed covering his nostrils.

"why is it dark?" Nath asked, clearing the dust in the air by waving his hands in front of his face.

"well, it hasn't been used in ages. Just don't scream when you see a spider hovering above your head...where are the lights again?"

Soon the lights were on and the boys gasped, satisfied.

"please be careful. I need to continue my packing inside...just in case you need anything, call me." Dane declared with a calm expression and he left the room.

Scout's expression changed as he saw the inside. "Now this looks like a lady's room.." He smiled as his eyes roamed around the room.

There were so many girls stuffs and beautiful materials even though they were covered by a thin layer of dusts.

The room had a center table with five stools around it. Nath imagined Sisa and her friends there, laughing and talking.

It also had a piano set, chalk board, calendar and several other stuffs.

"This place is damn old! Look the calendar is from like fifteen years ago!" Nath exclaimed with surprise.

"wow! No wonder the dust and foggy smells" Scout twitched his nose as he observed some tea pots.

"This place is beautiful" Claire exclaimed from behind. Her eyes were popped out with smiles all over her face.

Scout melted at her sight.

"when did you arrive?" Nath asked turning towards her.

"Some minutes ago. Dane directed me here. Sorry I'm late" She apologized.

"Jezz! that invisible boyfriend of yours is keeping you off your duties." Scout scoffed as he finally found his tongue.

"hmmm...I wish!" She smiled coldly at him.

Scout looked away shyly and let out a heavy breathe. She always has her way with those smiles.

"Here looks pretty old, dust and dirty to me." Nath said wondering what she meant by beautiful.

"And creepy too!" Scout concurred.

"Though it's old, dirty...blah blah blah... it still looks beautiful. Just look around" She smiled studying the room.

Nath and Scout looked in confusion, wondering what it is they haven't seen yet.

"Don't you see? this is a room where friends meet to share memories amidst laughs and cries. They play games and even make music" she explained pointing at the piano.

"Everything here proves the existence of their relationship. Their bonds probably grew tighter here too. All I'm saying is that, this place was once valued by them (and might still be valued in their hearts). it's just terrible that this place had to be abandoned. I can still feel their connection here. is that beautiful?" She concluded, giving them a puppy eyes.

Her words seemed to have melted into the boys since they seemed touched. How can she think out something beautiful out of this little place? that's why she is smart. A girl with a beautiful soul...

"yeah... beneath the dust lies gold" Nath supported.

"women are weird" That's all scout could say. He found it amusing but knew she was saying the truth.

Claire sneered at him and walked towards the piano. Blowing off the dust particles, she pressed some keys.

"you don't even sing, what are you doing there?" Scout furrowed his brows at her.

"you're so annoying!" She grinned walking away.

Nath was busy with searching and Claire joined him leaving Scout Wondering what he did wrong again.

"I only said the truth...she can't sing.." He muttered looking at her.

Shaking his head, he joined them in the search.

It only took a while before Claire found something.

"Guys? come over" She called.

"Found something?" Nath asked moving towards her.

"Not really..." She answered with her attention on a particular direction.

"what's that?" Scout asked pointing at a button.

"I think it's a key...but then, it doesn't have a keyhole." She replied a little confused.

"Nah... maybe a sensor?" Nath shrugged studying the circle shaped button attached to a wall.

He knew it was connected with wires only that the wires weren't visible.

"huh? looks more like a big red button to me!" Scout doubted moving back a little.

"Big red button?" Claire looked at him with a questionable stare.

"yeah. Don't touch it. It's dangerous." He warned still moving backwards.

Nath laughed. "what on earth are you saying?"

"Don't you watch movies? big red buttons are normally for explosions or something even..."

"you're out of your mind, weakling" Claire cut him off with an insult.

"what did you just call..."

Nath pressed the button and a rumbling sound came afterwards.

Scout fired him a 'what have you done?' look.

Soon a rattling sound followed and a ladder, more like a staircase descended. The trio watched with anticipation and surprise.

"An explosion huh?" She eyed Scout and Climbed the stairs "didn't know this place had an upper room"

The guys climbed up too.
