46 Structure and more?

"Charles? I dont recall anyone named that in the group of vampires here. Are there more that are still coming?" I asked puzzled a bit.

Micheal nodded and said, "The guards for the seethe have yet to show up and they will be the ones to keep order and help us all out with issues. They will show up as will a few that were not part of the seethe of the city but still felt your call and are coming here. One is named Charles and he is part magic user to keep him in check you will want him linked to me as I will not be able to be influenced and it would be bad if he lost his temper with the captains and controlled them without meaning too. Before you say it, yes Georgina you would be safe too but he is a man. He will be VERY worth it to the seethe to have him as well. I am the male wing for magic users and odd balls. Georgina will be the female wing that compliments my wing with balance. Then the main force will be under Cain and his Captains. We are all under our savior and Master Lady Lilith of Netherworld and under her we are one group."

I nodded with what Micheal said here. "I support this movement and this is indeed my plan and goal. You saw what I have planned to do and a bit more that I was still about to work on doing. We need to work on getting control of your gifts so they don't keep overwhelming you and pulling you away from right now. Knowing the future is one thing but to be pulled so your reality is the future needs to be worked on. Come over here and sit next to me and lets see what I can do to help you reign in this issue. Does anyone oppose this plan of mine that was brought up by Micheal?"

"As your servant, whatever makes you happy and will work for you has my full support but I will state that I am worried that you are giving others more freedom and giving them a lot of power without a second level of safety. I am not saying that they will rebel against you or anything like that but remember you were having people bound to both you and me so that I could be your voice when you are busy else where and now you are going to have two wings with unusual abilities that have no tie to me at all. I will not be able to force them to obey if they choose to go against what I tell them to do. If you want me to move the seethe to a location and I tell them to go and they refuse then I will have no grounds to force them to go. It is concerning and it is my job as your servant to foresee possible issues and try to help you prevent them before they become an issue. But once again I will state that if this is truly your will and desire that I will stand behind it fully as your most loyal supporter." Cain said with his true honesty and sincerity going full force.

I couldn't help laughing, "You say that you fully support my decisions yet you still stress you are worried about it and the fact you don't have supreme power if I am not present is a concern. I am sorry but at one point I was willing to give you equal power to me but you showed me that you will twist the power given if a moment of lapse happens and you cant feel me. You start to command full obedience and try to take over the entire seethe. If Georgina would of been blooded to you and I came back you would of had 100% control over my seethe and then what would of happened? I would have to fight my own servant for control of what is mine. I was told to watch out and not to give you equal power but I told them I could count on you and that you would never attempt what happened and was called foolish. I was indeed foolish and as they say... Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice and shame on me. I wont be fooled again so it will never happen to your liking ever again. I am still pretty upset about what happened and it is a lesson I have learned fully the FIRST time. Now enough of this topic, I never want to hear about it again. Micheal relax and stop acting so scared to sit next to me."

I put my hand out to him and as soon as I touched him he immediately calmed and relaxed. I could feel his abilities calming down and stopping finally. It seems I will need to touch him a lot more and support him while he finishes his full transition into being a vampire. The worry was that he wouldn't be able to access his abilities at the very beginning but it in fact was the exact opposite, he could seem to turn them off or block anything coming into him unwilling. I could block his ability to read my future and suppress his power if I needed too. My touch allowed him to focus and pull himself back under control.

"Georgina if you wouldn't mind please go out and pull the woman to the side and introduce yourself to them. See if any have names or if they are nameless like you were. Put them at ease that they wont have to be lorded over by a male again. Then come back in and report to me we also need to look into your powers that are starting to come out recently. I know you don't know who you were and where you came from but we will work on that as well." I suggested in a tone that stated it was an order.

"Yes master I will go do that right away." She replied.

"OK now that she is gone who did you see as belonging to who, Micheal. I know you know who should follow which Captain and who shouldn't for one reason or another. It is time to get this sorted out so I can start the oathing process and get this seethe under one leader. It is taking longer then I wanted it to take and wasting my time and patience." I stated partially annoyed.
