Huguel's words hung heavy in the air as he spoke of the punishment for the abused girl's father. The drug dealers knew that Huguel was not to be trifled with and feared his wrath.

Days later, the favela square was eerily quiet as a stake was erected in the center. The abused girl's father's head was mounted on it, a warning to anyone who would dare harm women or children.
