Chapter 20: 17th Birthday

Inside Alex's bedroom

Alex was sleeping when he heard the sound of the door opening. He started to his eyes but his face was pulled and placed his face between two soft melons. As he inhaled, he immediately identified the sweet scent of his mother. She greeted him with a "Happy birthday, sweetheart! You have finally become an adult today." Then she released him from the hug and gave him a deep kiss, their tongues intertwining as they exchanged saliva.

After a while, they broke the kiss, and Vienna had a lustful expression on her face and became wet in her pussy. She said, "Everybody is waiting for you on the ground floor. Get ready and come down. We have to go to the temple for your awakening ceremony." saying she left his room.

He got went to the bathroom done with the morning cleaning and he dressed in a suit as this is his formal event and many people will be at the awakening ceremony so he has to look good for the ceremony final seeing himself in the mirror and smiled at his look he went down to the hall.

In he saw his little sister his father, Aunt Olivia, Nora, Owen, and Nate sitting in the hall went got down and his face was again pulled and placed his face between two soft melons. As he inhaled, he immediately identified that this sweet smell was his big sister Isa after she broke the hug and gave him a short lip kiss and said "Happy birthday my little brother are you ready for the ceremony don't worry even if you don't have the elemental power we can always think another way so take it easy" Isa advised alex.

Then his mother came out of the kitchen bringing breakfast for everyone afterward everyone wished alex happy birthday and ate breakfast and started to leave for the temple when they came off the house his aunt and his sister both called their rides and everybody got into it after some time they arrived at the sacred temple of the dragon god.

The temple is a towering structure, crafted from shimmering white marble and adorned with intricate carvings of dragons in flight. As one approaches the temple, they are greeted by a wide staircase that leads up to the entrance. The steps are flanked by statues of fierce dragon guardians, their eyes seeming to follow the movements of those who ascend the stairs.

Once inside, the atmosphere is one of peace and tranquility. The temple is dimly lit, with rays of sunlight streaming in through stained-glass windows that depict scenes of dragons soaring through the clouds. The air is heavy with the scent of incense, and the sound of chanting can be heard in the distance.

At the center of the temple stands a massive statue of the Dragon God, its scales shimmering in the flickering candlelight. It is a majestic sight, with its wings outstretched and its head held high in pride. Offerings of gold and precious gems lie at the base of the statue, left by those who seek the blessings of the Dragon God.

There were many officials and nobles present in the temple to witness the awakening of the youth from the Wildwood. Two people were standing in front of the statue - a priest of the temple and the village head, Luke von Stone, who was also a noble of viscount lineage.

The awakening ceremony was a big event in the village. If the village produced an Elementalist with three elements, then the status and resources coming to the village would also increase, so many higher officials would come for the ceremony.

Luke von Stone spoke and said, "Alex Gray, son of Xavier Gray and Vienna Gray, please come to the dais to have your powers awakened." Then his mother said, "Okay son, this is your big day, so don't be tense. Be relaxed. You will always be my loving son, even if you don't awaken your elemental powers." Alex replied, "Okay Mom," and he started to walk to the dais. He saw the head priest of the temple, and Alex could feel his aura; it was powerful, but not as powerful as Eleanor's. The priest had a glass orb in his hand, which was similar to the one Eleanor had, but this one was gold in color maybe a low-grade version of the orb Eleanor had.

Alex walked up to the priest and stood in front of him. The priest instructed, "First, give your prayer to the dragon before awakening." Alex nodded his head and walked past the priest, standing in front of the statue of the dragon. Suddenly, he felt something in him attracting him to the dragon statue. Alex thought it might be because of the lust dragon's power he received. He prayed to the statue and walked back to stand in front of the priest. Then another person who came near alex in temple attire gave Alex a pill and said, "Take this pill; it will help your body absorb world energy and elemental energy, which can awaken the powers in you."

Alex took the pill as instructed and placed it into his mouth, but he didn't feel any changes in his body since he had already weakened his powers. The priest then instructed him to put his hands on the orb to test his elemental capabilities. As soon as Alex touched the orb, it began to glow with a silver light, indicating that he had affinities with four different elements. Everyone present, including the officials, the village lord, his parents, and even the priest, was shocked since it was rare for a youth to awaken with three-element affinities but the youth in front of them awakened with four-element affinities. His mother was overwhelmed with tears of joy, seeing how greatly her son was shining in society, and thinking about the great achievements he would make in the future.

Luke von Stone was shocked but soon laughed and exclaimed, "Young man, you have performed a miracle by awakening with four-elemental affinity! I will personally send 1000 gold coins to your home, and you can freely join the elementary cultivation and elements school in the village. You can get trained for one year and then apply for the selection in the imperial royal academy."

The other formalities have been completed by alex and his family left the temple and returned to Alex's house.
