Chapter 11 knowledge

Daniel nodded his head and grasped the nearest tree branches as leverage to pull himself to a sitting position. After a little struggle Daniel eventually sat down but it cost him all of his strength. "Damn, such a weak body."
As Daniel sat down and ponder his future, he suddenly shivered as he reached the plan's conclusion. His main revenge strategy was swiftly shattered by the thoughts that invaded his mind.
If he planned to avenge Joel and only that. What would happen if he managed to obtain revenge? Would he grow old and live alone someplace? Daniel's brain was throbbing tremendously from these theories. But after briefly adjusting his route, he finally responded.
With a glimmer of uncertainty on his face, Daniel thought, "Maybe I can't take revenge on the people who wronged me in my previous life, but at least I can help this kid get revenge and when I'm done doing the revenge I can finally live in peace, establish a family, and more, maybe?"
He shrugged his head again after a while, rejecting this alternative since he was certain that if he only executed the sinner, their descendants would undoubtedly seek vengeance, and he didn't want his family to get involved in his conflict.
Daniel had been contemplating his plans for an hour. His mind had several concepts for him, but they were all seriously derailed.
Daniel was drained so he leaned his back against the tree and tightly locked his eyes. He instantly saw the orphans in Joel's residence as well as the orphans he encountered on earth when he closed his eyes, giving him the most decent idea.
He declared, "I've resolved to conquer this world and dominate it, I'll change every piece of bullshit on the planet and attempt to bring everything into harmony. If I merely live for retribution then this life is pointless, just like my previous life." Even though he cringed at this line, he knew it was the greatest move he could make.
He believed that since he couldn't live a peaceful life while harboring vengeance desire inside his heart. So why not use this opportunity to also save others?

Daniel responded, "Hmm nice," and smiled softly. However, the joyful atmosphere was short-lived as several questions began to cross his mind.
"System can I ask a question?"
[If I have the information, I can respond to all of your inquiries]
Daniel's mind was filled with numerous questions. But if he wanted to conquer this world, he chose the most significant one. He inquired, "How vast is this world?"
[This world is 10 more times larger than the earth]
He was shocked and temporarily rendered speechless when he received a response from the system. "What the! How the fuck does a civilization exist on this planet!" He shouted.
Daniel looked around and recalled all of Joel's memories including his. After a while of processing, he spoke, "From what I noticed, the gravity here is normal like earth. Did they utilize some kind of magic? Technology?" He said as his eyes sparkled at the spot due to excitement.
[Every world has its own law and the one who is controlling them is the gods of this planet. The gods maintain this place livable by shifting its law]
When Daniel heard the word 'God' all of his physical parts trembled with rage as his eyes were bulging at the sight. His memory about that bitch goddess came back but, he eventually calmed himself down.
Daniel asked calmly as if he had never imagined murdering someone just a moment earlier, "What's the name of this planet?"
[The name of this planet is called Draenor]
He commented, "Damn, that name is strange." After that, he immediately posed another question: "Why is there no magic on the earth?" as the system was loading an answer for him a bunch of sweat crawled down his forehead. Magic attracted his intense curiosity. "Why does the earth didn't have magic? Is there a reason or we just haven't discovered it yet?"
Daniel frowned in disappointment when he received the system's answer.

Daniel was disappointed but he quickly pushed this matter out of his head since he only needed to upgrade the system to discover the answer. Of course, he was aware that it would be challenging, but it was preferable to not receiving an answer at all.
"What would happen if all of the magic energy in this planet vanished or if everyone was absorbed," he pondered.
[No the magic energy wouldn't disappear. Every day lots of habitation die, and when they die the core of this planet will automatically consume their residual cores and magic. After the planet absorbed every bit of the corpse's life energy it will begin to make new magic energy to spare.]
Daniel's jaw dropped in disbelief as his eyes gleamed. He gulped, anticipating that the system would respond, "Wow, so in short this planet is alive?"

"Ahh, you're a killjoy system. So what's the ranking of this world?" He asked while concealing a bit of disappointment from the system's answer.

When Daniel saw the list of ranks he needed to climb, he was temporarily stunned. "Damn, this will be a long trip," he commented.
Then, Daniel bombarded the subject with various questions to gather all kinds of information he could get. A lot of questions got an answer but the majority of them had no answer.
Even though a lot of them didn't get an answer, he was still pleased with the knowledge he had gained since he understood how important even the smallest piece of information was to his survival.
