Bones and Freya

As the meeting is concluded, and the Ten Fingers each made their way away from the Tower of the Citadel through a variety of means with Mr King and Mr Queen through the ceiling, Mark out of the window, and the rest through the doors. Each of the fingers hid their thoughts on their way out as they pondered individuality the implications of what has transpired. Bones found his way towards Freya once again, and he forced himself to be the first one to open up.
Jesus, what the fuck was I saying...Words are like shot arrows, once released, you cannot take it back. Swallowing hard, Bones simply acted calmly, hoping Freya would remember what they have done back at the grand opening of Imogen's Gallery.
Freya was caught off guard for a moment, as she was in deep thought of what has happened, and it took a painfully long time from Bones' perspective for she to crack a smile and nod her head.
