'Moody clouds....moody clouds...' Lily Venus tapped along her chin as she waddled down the main street of the southern part of the Underworld mega-city alongside her group of casually dressed accomplices. Similarly to Wan Yi, she was also sent down here thanks to a combination of the intelligence provided by John Cutter and Taxi doing his magic.
She knew that the Underworld never sees the sun, and yet she is still impressed by the demonstration of architectural senses around, particularly in the part of the city that is dominated by Claudia's organization. The buildings around her were painted with colourful pallets, particularly the warmer shades that were the only vibrant thing in existence under the thick layers of clouds.
Each of the Heavenly Lords dominates a major industry within the Underworld, which is part of the reason that they are not only able to position themselves at the highest level of power, but also stay there.
