Bitter Work

June 12, 10:22 pm, London, England

There is only so much work a human can do in a day. I believe that the best managers are the ones that acknowledge that and give their employees ample time to work around that. Of course, there are other schools of thought. Usually, the profit of those businesses come from a high turnover rate and terrible conditions and pay. It relies having a large unemployed population to really work well, which might be why it's so common in America.

But in my opinion, actually caring about your workers nets a better gain in the long run. Better conditions means better work. Giving them time off to rest allows them to recharge and do better, which gives better quality work, which in turn means better quality products for the client. Sure, it takes a lot of capital to start, but what is capital for if you don't use it?

Then again, I'm not the multi-billionaire, so what do I know?
