Workout System

*Heavy breathing* "I am so late! I need to hurry!" shouted Kai Mazuma, Kai Mazuma was a social reject who finally in all of his life, got a date online.

Kai Mazuma was overweight, he worked a 9-5 job at the gas station. When Kai was off work he would read manga, eat, sleep, and talk with strangers on the internet.

He would also play games on his PC, he was very good at PC games that he was offered multiple contracts from professional gaming teams but he declined because he did not like interacting with people.

Another reason he does not like interacting with people is that he has social anxiety, in the last 2 weeks he has gotten into a conversation online with a girl.

He face-timed this girl multiple times so he knows that she is not a catfish. Apparently, the girl loves Kai's chubby face, she thought he was cute.

They planned this date on a Sunday at a cafe near Kai's workplace, Kai got off work and immediately ran to the cafe because he realized he was late.

Kai is panting heavily as he slows down to conserve his energy. He walks into the middle of the road, he was so dizzy, and tired he did not notice that a huge truck was coming straight for him at an impressive speed.

Before Kai would notice, the truck slams into him going 45 mph. Kai's body would roll and multiple bones would be broken inside of Kai.

"What...happened?" Kai asked, he tried to move but his whole body was in paralysis. The pain finally kicked in after Kai's adrenaline wore off, Kai cried as he felt the pain of friction and his bones that were broken.

The truck driver got scared so he just sped off, the civilians called 911 but it was too late as Kai's internal organs got stabbed by his ribs, making him bleed internally. Kai went in and out of consciousness and all of a sudden he sees his whole life flash before his eyes.

Kai was adopted by abusive parents that abused him almost every day. Eating was a way to cope with that abuse as eating made him feel happy. Kai was bullied in school, but they stopped bullying him when they realized he was being abused at home.

Kai played games to cope with the sadness he felt, every day he would pick up cans to recycle so that he can play at the arcade. Kai was a loner in school and that continued until he graduated.

Kai got a job and finally moved out of his abusive parent's house, the abusive parents missed Kai very much after Kai moved out. The abusive parents grew old and lonely, Kai lived on his own for a long time.

Kai's life finishes flashing before his eyes and he smiles. He accepted death and decided to not fight his fate. Kai felt the pain fading from his body as his soul escapes his body and his body goes cold.

At the funeral, Kai's abusive parents mourn his death, the girl with who he was about to go on a date came to Kai's funeral and cried a lot. Kai's soul travels to the river of reincarnation and chooses a new body.

Something suddenly attaches to Kai's soul in the river of reincarnation and he reincarnates. Kai opens his eyes in a room, the room smelled like wood, and his body felt weird.

Where am I at? Kai thought, Kai gets up from the bed that he was sleeping on. Kai saw that he was in a house that was made of wood/straws. The memories surged throughout Kai, Kai was named Renkai Ryotsu.

Renkai Ryotsu was the 3rd child of Ken Ryotsu who was a sect elder in the Golden Sect. Renkai does not know about his mother because they told him she died, they never even told him her name.

Renkai was not a prodigy at all, his 2 older brothers are considered prodigies and already made a name for themselves in the world. Renkai's constitution made it so that he could not use qi, he could not absorb qi and train qi.

Renkai was basically hopeless in the martial artist's way, but Ken had Renkai was admitted to be an outer disciple so that Ken could protect him because Ken still loved him even though he could not use qi.

Kai looks down to see a big fat belly in a blue robe. Wait, I died and become another fatty? This is preposterous! Kai thought. Kai got up from the bed and began walking.

5 steps in and he was already tired. I have to deal with this in another life! WHY!!! Kai thought, but then all of a sudden a *Ring* noise is heard. Kai blinked and a blue message appears in front of Kai.

It read: Workout System and there was a continue button which Kai presses. The message disappears and a holographic panel appears, named: Status.

Kai is so shocked and stunned at the number of workouts he has to do in one day that he almost died on the spot. "What the hell!?" yelled Kai. What if he did not comply with the system? Kai smiles and sleeps on the bed.

The next day begins and Kai wakes up to find that he was on a stage, he begins to sing, and he sees a whole bunch of people cheering. This made his anxiety go up by 100, but somehow he could not stop singing.

Kai suddenly teleports into an ocean, another one of Kai's fears was the ocean because of what could be in it. Also, Kai almost drowned while swimming in the ocean, then he is teleported to a room that kept getting smaller.

Kai repeated these events for 10 whole days, but in reality, it was only 1 hour in the real world. Kai got rid of his social anxiety and all of his fears but then the system shows him another thing...
