III. "Hello There!"

The armored man makes move, he deftly avoids the flying debris hurled by the flapping wings of the dragon.

Despite being paralyzed, the dragon manages to move its wings, and to stimulate itself into action, it violently flaps its wings in a discorded manner. This causes more damage to the surrounding buildings, but fortunately, the majority of the civilians have fled the area.

Moving from left to right, the man in armor jumped up and stepped on each piece of debris he encountered, elevating himself from the ground to get a higher position from the dragon.

He draw his hand outward, palms open, pointing at the dragon's wing, he engaged in what seemed to be a unique dialogue.

From where I am at the moment, I couldn't hear what he was saying. My wild guess would be that he is performing some kind of spell and casting it toward the dragon's right wing. This would mean he would do the same at the other side as well.

Almost like Celesty's spell, this time yellow circles appeared from his hand and a few triangular shapes; the same circular spell appeared right on top of the right wing.

Right as he was about to finish his spell, the paralyzed dragon suddenly stirred from its stupor and swiveled its long neck to face him, trying to unleash a stream of black liquid acid from its gaping jaws once more.

Just when it seemed that the man would bear the brunt of the dragon's attack, a timely intervention by Celesty landed another attack on the dragon's body and prevented it from executing its intended action.

Meanwhile, the man in armor persisted in casting his spell, rendering it immobile. With measured precision, Celesty launched even more flurry of attacks on the monster's body while he commenced another spell to disable the left wing.

However, the monster's flurried movements impeded their progress, and it thrashed about wildly, emitting deafening roars and cries. Despite its ferocity, the man in armor bonks the dragon's head mid-flight, thwarting its onslaught of flames.

After an intense battle between Celesty and the dragon. Which caused a significant amount of destruction to the town. Celesty ultimately managed to knock out the monster. The entire half of the town had become a battlefield, with buildings and structures being damaged.

Fortunately, the situation was resolved before things could escalate even further. As I tried to recover myself from the pain caused by me falling down a while ago, I noticed a group of knights approaching us from the north on horseback. They all wore formal uniforms, indicating that they were part of an elite unit. One knight stood out as he wore a gold chain over his chest, signifying that he was the leader of the group.

The leader declared the group as noble knights of chivalry for their heroic efforts in assisting civilians and injured individuals amidst the chaos. As I observed the tumultuous scene, At this point, I felt tired after falling and stumbling down the hill and after being an audience of such a rampage scene. Despite my attempts to avoid the commotion, my painful bruises were overwhelming, making it difficult to endure the scene.

Ouch!

"Hey you!" one of the soldiers noticed me.

I pretend to not notice.

"Don't move you're ankle is in bad shape"

Oh no.

Regrettably, he was correct in his statement. With my ignorance, I fell to the ground once more, falling face first onto the grass and soil.

A little later, to my surprise, he proceeded to mend my injuries with a spell instead of inquiring about my well-being. As he chanted the spell, vibrant green circles adorned with intricate symbols materialized on the surface of his palms.

While he worked his magic on my ankle, I became mesmerized by the radiant illumination radiating from the spell. The entire experience was absolutely captivating and left me in awe.

I was eagerly contemplating the potential applications of spells within the immersive, otherworldly setting before me. Suddenly a vague and unsettling sensation began to manifest itself just beside my left cheek.

This insidious presence seemed to be emanating faint but distinct breathing noises from its nostrils, sending chill down my spine and causing me to feel an urgent sense of trepidation and anxiety. Nervously, I turned my head towards the source of the sound, struggling to suppress my growing alarm and unease.

"You look different…" Celesty said with her face close to mine.

"AH!" out of shock my body instinctively moved away from her face.

Behind her, the man in armor, visibly exhausted with every step tries to catch up to her. I gazed back at Celesty's lifeless eyes, It feels as if she is peering deep into my soul, and nothingness is staring back at me.

As an awkward silence ensues between us, the soldier who was tending to my injured ankle interrupts us. The spell finishes, and I can already feel a substantial Improvement. After testing my ankle, I notice that the soldier has noticed Celesty.

"Mam Celesty!, Is there anything I could do for you?" the soldier said.

The two engaged in a conversation until the man in armor finally arrives while out of breath and gasping for air as if suffering from an asthma attack. Interestingly, the two did not acknowledge his presence or offer assistance, almost as though he didn't exist.

Celesty and the soldier then proceeded to discuss the matter at hand, which was the matter of injured and deceased individuals from the recent attack. Despite some people being lucky enough to escape, the news did not reach everyone quickly enough, resulting in a failure to evacuate in time for all citizens.

"Hey, uhh- are you ok?" I asked the man in armor as he still catch his breath.

"Yeah, *pants* im ok *coughs* finally, I can breathe," He said.

Breathe?! Why is he struggling so much to catch his breath just now? It's puzzling that despite his exhaustion, the soldier hasn't attended to him yet, almost as if he is completely invisible to them.

"because he is-" Celesty said out of the blue.

Wait… those were my thoughts.

"Yes, I know" Celesty follow up.
