Ripple Effect

Lobo's skin began to ripple as if disturbed by unseen forces, waves of ghoulish screams erupted from his cells like tortured spirits clawing their way out of confinement as the resentment in his physical form was ignited, as though a dormant volcano had suddenly erupted, spewing forth molten anger and bitterness, emitting ghastly screams that echoed through the air like a haunting chorus of the damned, his body, spirit and consciousness attacked by the resentful 'spirits' now present in the body. 

When Lobo had taken over the body, he had done so ruthlessly, destroying and decimating the soul and spirit of the previous inhabitant crushing it to bits and leaving no trace of its existence, Yet, despite his thoroughness the cells of his body still possessed the memory, lingering like a ghostly imprint faithfully recording the existence of its previous owner and the agony experienced at the moment of its demise.
