Victoria Vs. The Inferno Demon Pt.2

At the same time, the fight between Victoria, Lya and Heliogabalus Gaap, the Flame Lord, stopped for a second due to the sudden imposing pressure that made all of them kneel on the ground and another one made the two woman feel at ease and make the flame lord feel despair and death, then suddenly all of that pressure disappeared as if nothing.

'What is happening with darling? Is the enemy that powerful to make him release such a pressure?' Victoria muses internally.

'Darling, hope you are doing well.' Lya wished him goodness and luck.

Although the flame lord was sweating and terrified from the sudden pressure, he collected himself immediately and looked at the two women who were thinking about something and saw this as an opportunity to land a surprise attack, so he took his Helberd and flames engulfed it and his body making his black hair and big beard turn into red fiery color and the air became so hot and the concrete floor under him was melting already.

Then immediately he dashed at a frightening speed at both women.

"Being distracted during the battle is a huge mistake young ladies!" He said loudly with his rough voice making both women snap out of their thoughts but it was too late as he was already in front of them.

FOWWWWSH!!!!

SLASH!!

He slashed horizontally with his Helberd taking the women by surprise and sending them flying back in an incredible speed crashing into the wall so hard that it broke and made a big hole in it.

"*Cough* Ugh!" Victoria moaned in pain as despite the attack hit her body directly but it didn't injure her body externally due to the protection of the suit and the barrier she casted at the last moment before the attack collided with her.

But internally it was a mess as the attack went through her body and damaged her organs making her cough a mouthfuls of blood.

Lya on the other hand didn't make it, her legs were broken and a deep wound was on her stomach with blood flowing out in large quantities from it.

Immediately the suit's healing magic kicked in and started healing her but because the wound was lethal it was healing so slowly.

The protection of the suit was penetrated due the attack being so strong than the previous ones as it was strengthened with his flames.

In case of Victoria, she made it because of the suit and the barrier she casted at the last moment together as just one wouldn't be good as she might be in a state similar to Lya.

Although the wound was healing but the effects were being reduced as the burning effect of the attack repelled the healing magic making it useless.

The flames of inferno demon and a very high ranking at that, weren't something that any normal healing spell could fight, even a high ranking spell won't be enough for that.

So right now, Lya was dying with her skin turning black due to the burning effect.

Victoria struggled until she stood up but felt like every bone in her body was broken.

Then she looked at Lya who was lying beside her in a pool of blood.

Her eyes was closed and the blood kept flowing making her skin become paler with each passing second and the area around her stomach was turing into black, slowly spreading.

Victoria widened her eyes in shock as she couldn't believe what she was seeing right now. She thought that the suit would protect her and help her healing but at the moment in front of her eyes, blood was flowing from a very deep wound in her stomach and Lya that her skin was becoming paler.

Her body shook and her eyes as well, slowly walking to her, her heart beat so hard as she was afraid from what was coming next.

She didn't want to believe or think about it at all, although the magical signature of Lya ensured her of that but she wanted to make sure by herself.

Then, once she reached her, she knelt down beside her and but her fingers under her nose, then a hand on her chest to feel her pulse and breath, but then...

No pulse or breath were found!

What she was afraid of, happened, making her mind in a mess.

Although she was mature and all but she hadn't experienced a situation when someone very close to her die like that in front of her eyes.

It was so painful.

"So she is dead? Well, one down and one more to go." Heliogabalus Gaap said with an arrogant tone while taking a stance with his Helberd and body engulfed in fire.

This was his Fire Aura, a skill that maximize the output of his attack and enhance his body by ten folds.

He used that to land a very decisive blow on both of them but it seems that one is down and the other is still fine although it costed her some damages to her internal organs tho.

Victoria who heard his voice, felt her body trembling but not in fear but in anger and rage.

She slowly stood up and her body was engulfed in fire as well before she immediately disappeared from her place surprising Heliogabalus who was ready to attack but before he realized anything, Victoria appeared behind him and immediately sent a very powerful kick sending him flying away crashing into the wall.

But she didn't stop at this attack, she dashed at him pulled him from his legs before she through him upward with inhuman strength then pointed the palm of her hand at his flying body.

A very powerful beam of fire that was deadly and dangerous was shot toward him at incredible speed hitting him on the spot.

FOWWWWSH!!

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!! 

The beam traveled to the ceiling of the arena and destroyed it making a big hole in it and from that hole a dark grey sky could be seen.

After the beam diminished, the charred body of Heliogabalus Gaap could be seen falling toward the floor.

BAAAAAAAAAM!!!

It hit the floor so hard breaking it in the process.

Black smoke was coming out of him and his white eyes were opened wide along with his mouth.

But Victoria knew that he was still alive from his energy signature, although it was faint.

So she created a fire ball on her hand that was swirling slowly like the sun, the heat coming from it was no joke, it could even melt the skin by being close to.

But before she could fire the attack at him, a huge pillar of fire was shot from him upward destroying another portion of the ceiling in the way.

A very terrifying pressure come out and befell on Victoria making her instincts scream at her to escape.

Swoosh!

Suddenly the pillar fire disappeared and now The Flame Lord was standing on his legs with a very terrible and imposing aura coming out of him.
