Carla Cromwell: The Blood Lord

In another battlefield. The arena was an environment type. It was a total open field like the rocky arena but with blood red moon in the sky making it red and lighting everything in red.

And away from that field, there was a huge palace with some greeneries around it. Inside that palace, there was a woman the least you could call her was beautiful.

She had a very nice body with such huge chest and pale white skin that could make women grit their teeth in envy, her curves were pronounced and what distinguished her more was her silver hair that was medium sized along with her red blood eyes confirming that she was a vampire.

This woman was Carla Cromwell, the sister of Edwen Black and the Queen of Vampires aka Red Blood Lord.

She was supposedly a kind woman who had good relations with the humans, but when Edwen took over the demon realm, he mind controlled the nine lords beside binding them with a binding spell that could kill them anytime he wanted in case they resisted the mind control at some point which he excepted.

For an attire, she wore a dress that partially exposed her upper torso alongside a bit of her cleavage and a belt around her waist. She wore tight socks that showed her thighs. She had a robe and on the shoulder lengths she shows a bit of skin as well on her shoulders. Furthermore, she had a crown on her forehead.

Edwen didn't care even if the other lords could resist his mind controlling ability or spell as he already binded them with his spell but for his sister he used his mind controlling ability along with a spell to enhance the effects of the ability, making it stronger and more effective yet harder to break.

This is all because he knew that his sister was too strong for a vampire, she is the queen after all, she had a strong mental fortitude and could resist strong mental attacks, so he made a more powerful ability by combining his ability with a spell using demonic energy.

Now inside the throne room of the palace, the said woman was sitting on the throne gracefully with her chin resting on her right hand and her legs crossed above each other. Her blood red eyes were empty with no light in them.

She didn't smile or speak, just looking at the two women who invaded her territory which was unacceptable for a vampire. They hated invaders who invaded their territories after all.

The two women were of course Shiranui and Ingrid, both were in their battle suits designed and enchanted by Austin to suit their bodies.

Ingrid had a sword with golden blade that had a sliver hue in the middle with black and silver hilt in her hand, it was her Dark Flame.

Besides, she now could use the power of the dragon sealed inside her more efficiently without affecting her soul.

She became a lot stronger than the time when she fought with Asagi.

Beside her Shiranui who was using a long majestic Naginata pole-arm, it was white and blue representing the element she could use with it.

Which was water. After all, Aura could be used to manifest the elements of nature like what Sakura did when she used her Lightning Daggers Technique.

The two looked at the woman who was sitting on the throne while being on high alert to anything surprising.

"Carla Cromwell, the Queen of Vampires and the Blood Lord of the demon realm. One of the nine noble demons. Am I right?" Ingrid spoke.

"A traitor like you should not speak to me like that. Where is your manners?" Carla spoke with calm tone while Ingrid didn't respond or feel angry by what she said. She just looked indifferent to the matter.

"Kneel!" Carla said with cold majestic tone while a sudden powerful and huge pressure fell upon Ingrid and Shiranui.

CRACK! CRACK!

The ground under both women felt like the whole world was falling upon them. They felt like every bone in their bodies was being broken by such a pressure. Carla's eyes were glowing with power, majesty and danger.

'Such a powerful pressure, she sure is strong—' Ingrid thought.

Just her pressure was enough to make anybody's whole body turn into a meat paste.

But neither Shiranui nor Ingrid were willing to kneel, they only kneel for their husband and no one else.

'But I'm not willing to accept that. I only kneel for my husband and no one can force me!' Shiranui and Ingrid's thoughts were in sync.

Slowly, they struggled to stand up and gritted their teeth. Using their weapons for support and their aura to resist, they finally stood up while panting.

Seeing this, Carla didn't have a reaction and just looked with expressionless face and empty eyes at them.

"Hoo? You managed to resist. But I don't think you can fight me in a state like that." Carla spoke but her tone that she should be filled with mockery wasn't there, just a deep cold and indifferent voice which made them think if she was mocking them or pitying them.

"You don't need to worry about that. We are a tough nut to crack and sure will give you a hard fight." Said Shiranui while waving her Naginata in front of her before she took a stance while Ingrid nodded slightly and took a stance with her sword.

"Then let's see if what you said is true or not." Carla stood up after saying that, then gracefully descended the stairs that were leading to the throne while her steps were echoing throughout the whole throne room.

Then once she reached the last stair, she vanished from their sight and appeared in front of Ingrid and punched her.

BAAAAAM!!!

Ingrid noticed this and quickly put the sword in front of her and blocked the punch but due to the power behind it, she went back several steps, while on the other hand, Shiranui used the chance that she punched Ingrid and attacked with her Naginata, but it went through her body as it turned into a bloody mist.

Shiranui wasn't surprised by this as she expected her to do this, so she spun her weapon and attacked horizontally 180° attempting to cut Carla who appeared behind her.

Clang!

But the attack was blocked by her using her metal like nails that grew some centimeters.

Shiranui immediately took some steps back and corrected her position before taking a stance.

Her eyes suddenly glowed blue and was surrounded by sea blue aura before her weapon had a tide of water swirling around it from bottom to the top.

The tip of the Naginata glowed brightly before she thrusted forward.

Immediately a beam of blue water went ahead from her Naginata and travelled with incredible speed.

Carla who saw this beam, put her hand forward in front of the beam.

FWWWWWWWWOUSH!!!!!!!

The beam engulfed Carla and sent her flying back in high speed crashing into a giant pillar of marble.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!!!!

Cloud of smoke surrounded the space around Carla making it hard to see if she was alive or dead.

Ingrid went and stood beside Shiranui and took stance while narrowing her eyes slightly.

Shiranui also did the same as she knew that Carla wouldn't be dead from an attack like this, she wasn't the Vampire Queen for show.

Besides, both women could already feel her demonic energy still lingering.

And exactly, a person came out of the cloud of smoke with some deep wounds on her body. But soon these wounds were healed as if they didn't exist from the beginning. It didn't even take moments for her to heal her wounds which was terrifying.

"Tsk, vampires and their regeneration." Shiranui muttered with annoyance.

"I know but we already know that from darling." Ingrid said with cold voice.

"Now you call him darling without blushing, huh." Shiranui teased but Ingrid didn't reply and just blushed.

"Finished?"

Once they heard this, they became serious and took their respective stances. Although they were teasing and talking with each other, but they were still on high alert for anything.

"Then let's continue." The same cold emotionless voice of Carla sounded making both women realize how powerful the mind controlling on her was.

Then, the fight continued.
