An Unmatchable Being

The room became quiet that the sound of the clock in the room could be heard.

Marjaana expected him to say many things but what he had just said wasn't definitely one of them. She was utterly surprised by that.

In all her years of living, she didn't become flustered and unstable like now. She was known by her calmness and majestic and elegant personality that resembled the nobles and the wise creatures.

Many admired her for that and was so respected among the demon lords, even Edwen respected her for her intelligence and knowledge.

But if they saw her right now, their opinion of her would change drastically.

Marjaana was blushing and her heart was beating so loud in her ears. She kept looking at Austin while what he said was repeating itself in her mind time after time after time.

On the other hand, Selena was looking at her husband with confused look.

"Are you serious about this darling?" She asked as she wanted to confirm what her husband said.

Is he serious about her? Or what?

Austin who heard this, looked at Selena for a second then shifted his gaze to Marjaana who was looking at him with flushed face and unsure gaze.

Realization hit him when he saw that as he understood what she meant.

"You guys seem to misunderstand something, I didn't mean by that that I want her as my woman,"

Hearing that Marjaana's gaze turned cold and thought that she was fool for reacting like that. How can someone like him want someone like her as his woman, especially someone with an appearance like that, an appearance that is considered ugly and disgusting to this race.

She was already aware of her appearance and how people perceived her. Although she had the respect and admiration of many, but if you asked one of them about her appearance, they would just smile awkwardly and turn their gaze away.

Yes they admired her and respected her but that was only for her intelligence and knowledge along with her personality, but other than that. No comment.

Austin noticed the change in her gaze and knew that she was hit by his words but he didn't spare any effort to correct it as what he was going to say next would be enough.

"I meant for her to be my ally and help me in my fight with Edwen and in the future. And regarding her being one of my women, this will be delayed for now as before we decide something like that, we need to spend time with each other and get to know each other better so we could take the next step."

"And don't underestimate yourself, although your appearance is different but I could tell that you are beautiful not just outside but inside as well, I bet many of your race pursed you before but you rejected them if I may guess."

Austin wasn't laying when he said that, he indeed thought of her as a beautiful woman, even using his eyes, he could see what is inside, a very pure and beautiful soul resides inside her, and although like that, her body was so curvy with huge breasts and wide hips along with thick thighs that her robe couldn't do anything to hide. Her ass as well was perky and bubbly. Her body was hot and sexy indeed.

His eyes was filled with admiration for her beauty and hot body.

Marjaana who saw the heated gaze of Austin on her body, felt hot out of the blue and her face blushed again.

His words earlier made her feel appreciated and accepted by him which was what she wanted.

She always sought someone who could accept her no matter her appearance, although there was a secret she didn't know about her race. But once she knew it, she would feel a happiness she hadn't felt before.

Then the next words he said made her smile and feel warm as those words were the words she needed more than anything.

"I really feel appreciated by your words and I accept your offer."

Hearing this Austin smiled and felt great for her accepting the offer.

"Good choice, you will not regret it, and I will make sure of that."

"I hope so~" This time her voice was soft and soothing.

"Then, let's begin." Austin said as he stood up before walking to Marjaana and sat beside her.

Selena just watched her husband with sparkling eyes as she loved it when her husband used magic. The magic circle he drew was so beautiful to her.

Marjaana who saw Austin sitting beside her, blushed a little as she felt the heat emitting from his body which made her feel close.

Austin extended his hand in front of him toward her chest. He didn't touch it, just in front of it.

Then suddenly a crystal blue magic circle appeared with unique runes rotating slowly.

It was a fascinating sight even for Marjaana who studied many things before. Something like this was new and ingited the fire inside her to study it, but she held it as she knew that this wasn't important right now.

The circle glowed and the runes rotated in a very fast pace then a blue aura surrounded her body. She felt the changes happening inside her and knew that the binding spell had been lifted. She felt free with that.

Now there was no Edwen watching over her actions and no Edwen who would kill her with a binding spell again.

She sighed in relief when the shackles that was binding her were destroyed.

"Better?"

"Um." She nodded.

Austin smiled and Selena as well. They knew the feeling of being free after a long time of being shackled with chains, chains that was like a ticking bomb, every second and every minute could threaten your life.

This was how dangerous the binding spell that Edwen casted on them was.

But in front of Austin, it was easy to break. His vast knowledge of magic and spells made him able to do so, thanks to the Endless Mana Pool Pack he got from his first mission.

Suddenly, Austin's expression turned serious and looked at Marjaana who also saw this and became serious as well.

"Tell me what you know about Edwen Black."

Currently, Austin was lacking knowledge about him and if he went and fought him like that, he may be defeated in a short span of time, despite his immense power and mana.

We said before that mana and magic wasn't everything as there maybe some things that could overwhelm it even if you have endless amount of it.

Edwen was an anomaly in this world, his power was unknown and overwhelming. Austin read many theories about his power before in his original world and most of them talked about how OP he was and had reality warping abilities.

An anomaly in the Taimanin world who disturbed the balance.

But now, anything about him, anything can do, even if it was a tiny bit of information about him, it  could benefit him in making his plan.

Hearing his question, Marjaana's became calm and cold, but that coldness wasn't directed at him, but someone else.

Then she parted her lips.

"He is an unmatchable being."
