Chapter 10 Years pass on

7 years had passed on from the awakening ceremony as Sean spent most of his time Eating, training and sleeping. During these 7 years many events happened in his clan. After the awakening ceremony his father started to give him allowance for his training which was 30 silvers a month. He opted to train as a warrior as unlike warriors the Knights had to be trained at the church from when they were young. Though in this world, importance seem to be placed on churches by nobles including the royal families, he could see past the facade which the Churches seem to keep. The Knights who are trained by the churches from the day they awakened, are brainwashed in the name of gods and trained for the sole purpose to glorify the gods. In simple terms they are similar to terrorists who are trained from a young age with belief that they are fighting for Gods. The Knights don't engage in any war unless knights of other churches support the opponent and knights also give protection to the nobles if the nobles support the church through funding. In other words the nobles and churches requires each other's existence. The nobles requires the power and support of the church which is dominant in the territory while the churches require funds from the nobles.

The nobles don't fear sending their clan members for knight training as it becomes a reason to spread an olive branch inside the church forming connections. Liam and Chris Walker, Sean's step brothers who were sent to Church of fire which was prevalent in Arcadia empire to learn knighthood. They return once every six months and hence Sean did not see them many times after he reached 3 years of age. After the Awakening ceremony Chris and Liam tried to talk Sean into getting accepted to train in church while preaching about the God of fire to Sean, who tried his best to smile at them while fighting the urge to shoot them and sent them away telling that he would think about it while secretly deciding to train as a warrior which was most liberal as they train inside the clan until they reach 12 years of age before getting admitted in one of warrior academies in any main cities. Though the nobles always show support to the church the clan heads are generally warriors unless a noble family is completely loyal to church or a clan having an extremely talented knight, as giving the clan leader position to knight is basically handing the clan to the church.

Sean's training schedule consisted of Warrior training in the morning and evening while training in the training arena of the system at night for 4 hours and gradually increased to 8 hours over the years. Sean's talent as a warrior was average at best as he has managed to train only to the second level in 7 years. People with good talent would have trained to the third level while people who are genius would have trained to the fourth level. Warriors have a total of 10 levels with Qi colour representing the level. If the Qi is red then the warrior is at level 1, followed by orange, Yellow, light blue, dark blue, light green, dark green, purple, black and finally colourless. Once a warrior obtains light green Qi the Warrior's life span increases. Sean had trained to Orange Qi. However unlike his warrior training, he had great success in completing his military and assassination training which was provided by the system. The training arena however milked money out of Sean that when he was 7 years old he used a bit of modern knowledge to increase his clans business like creating a cloth store while designing shirts, pants, underwear, lingeries which inturn increased his income to 10 gold coins which was about 10000 dollars a month. Inorder to practice shooting he had to also rent guns from the system on hourly basis. Apart from exchanging silver and gold coins Sean also exchanged Qi stones which are generally used by Warriors and knights to replenish their Qi used during training and fights. When he converted the Qi stone to dollars through the system Sean obtained 100000 dollars that he started to think of ways to earn Qi stone as he only got 1 per month as Qi stones are costly.

After 7 years of training in both military and assassination techniques which he completed without using his Qi as well as completing various battles in the arena he finally obtained the alert from the system yesterday that he was eligible to take his first basic gene enhancement which enhances the whole body. Sean clicked the option and obtained the serum which he injected in his arm. After injecting he could feel a surge of strength which moved across his body as he felt that he could move faster than before as well as more power. Generally warriors had more strength while having less flexibility however because of his training in assassination techniques as well as extreme parkour he was extremely dextrous as well. With gene enhancement along with the warrior second level he felt extremely strong while finally gaining confidence to start his first battle in this world. Even though Sean had many weapons he did not have enough confidence in defeating the warriors in this world as he always doubted whether or not the bullets can penetrate their body and this prevented him from earning more money which he needs if he wants to obtain more weapons from the system. After all this time he had only purchased a handgun, an assault rifle and a sniper all SIGs along with bullets which has costed 200000 dollars in total. As he had just gotten a gene shot he once again rented the training arena to get used to the enhanced body and after six hours of battle and extreme parkour he was finally tuned to his body. Tomorrow was the day Sean would be sent to the warrior academy, so his brother Wendell came to the city a month ago to take him to the academy. Sean joined the Warrior academy called Four leaves Academy which was in Golem city one of the big cities in the Arcadia Empire. He joined the same Academy as his brother who joined it when Sean was 7 years old. They were 5 years apart. His big sister Emily Walker who was born in the same year joined Arcadia academy which was in the capital as she had a bloodline limit as well as she was considered a genius in our family as she was already level 5 in Warrior after going to the academy. Every time Emily came she would dote on Sean as well as his little sister Carmine who was born when he was six years old. Sean was also a bit attached to his elder sister as well as his elder brother who helped him in training whenever he was in the clan. Among his siblings both Chris and Liam rarely came to the clan after going to Church as the church only allowed its trainees home once in six months to meet their family. His little sister who had her awakening ceremony a year ago also had a bloodline limit though of low grade caused some happiness in our family. The most unexpected was that despite not having a bloodline limit Wendell Sean's elder brother was already a fourth level warrior. As Sean finished his training he slept early as he has to wake up early tomorrow to leave for the Academy.
