After calming the nerves of those newer to the group, Michael glanced at the timer in the corner of his eyes before he started thinking of his next moves as he focused on the road since he took over driving so Shizuka could relax

' there's no Shido so Rei won't have a reason to get off the bus, meaning we all stay on the bus until we go to Rika's place, that's if we don't stop between there ' thought Michael

' The ways this is going the timer is going to run out when I'm on the bus, considering that I'm most likely going to pass out, that means I'll be at anyone's mercy since I don't know how long I'll be unconscious, so the first step is assuring my safety ' only to freeze as his eyes landed on Shizuka and Yuuki talking to each other while Yuuki did maintenance on her weapon

' right 1 yandere and another borderline yandere, I think I'll be fine ' thought Michael with a chuckle

Turning his attention back to the road he noticed a minimart out of the corner of his eyes before he turned the wheel and started driving towards it

" where are we going ? " asked Saeko as she stood beside the driver's seat, glancing at her before he replied

" there's a minimart, I'm sure you guys will be hungry when your body finally starts to relax, plus it's better than staying the night in the bus, well that's after we secure it "

When he didn't hear a reply he turned to his head to look at Saeko only to meet her piercing gaze,which he met head on with a raised eyebrow

" is there something you'd like to ask me? " asked Michael after meeting her gaze for a few seconds before he turned his attention back to the road

" have....have ever killed someone " asked Saeko with a hesitant expression causing him to start laughing causing her to get embarrassed

" I've killed several, so has Yuuki, so has Shizuka and so will Saya and Rei, matter of fact so will anyone who decides to follow me " replied Michael casually as if he didn't just admit to several murders

" why? " asked Saeko with a frown but when Michael glanced at her he could see the struggle happening in her eyes giving him an idea as to what's going on

" do I need a reason? whether it's to protect my loved ones or simply removing a future threat. In my eyes they're only 2 types of people, my loved ones and then they're the others " replied Michael with a chuckle as he watched clarity return to her eyes as if she made some decision

"which group do I fall under " asked Saeko with a smile to which Michael replied with a smirk

" now we'll have to see about that in the future " said Michael teasingly causing her to walk away but he could see the slight smile on her face

When it mentioned that I saw the minimart out of the corner of my eye I meant I saw it from several kilometers away but that's not important, it took us a while to get here since the roads were blocked off plus all of the zombies, at least the made good training material for Saya and the others

Michael chuckled when he remembered how scared they were only for it to turn into elation when he thought them his breathing skill along with his dodging skill, it was pretty entertaining watching several girls frolicking through undead

Shaking away the random thoughts, Michael locked up the bus before he made his way into the Minimart since he was the last one outside only for his pupils to shrink as he watched a knife slowly inch it's way towards his throat

' who would be this dumb ' thought Michael as he slightly titled his head but still let the knife rest on his neck considering he was interested in where this was going

"why did you do that ? " asked a angered voice who he now realized to be Takashi as he looked coldly at Michael drawing the attention of others who made they way to the front of the store, only to freeze when they witnessed this scene

Before Yuuki and the others could shoot towards Takashi, they saw Michael shook his head causing them to just surround the area but not taking a step forward as the watched the scene

" I asked you why you did that ? " explained Takashi angrily as he pushed the knife deeper into Michael neck drawing blood, he couldn't stand the way Michael stood there calmly with the same slight smile on his face not even bothering to take his hands from his pockets. Clearly oblivious to the 2 sets of bloodlust his actions caused to be released from Yuuki and Shizuka

" I mean what you did on the bus " replied Takashi with growing impatience as he practically snarled his words out

" on the bus, on the bus.....hmm oh I remember, when I was looking through the window, I was imagining how I'll plow Yuuki, Shizuka,Saya and Rei the first chance I get since I'm not sick anymore, I'm curious how you knew that though " asked Michael ' curiously ' as he licked his lips as he glanced at the 4 girls in particular, 2 of which had looks of anticipation while the other 2 had blushes adorning their faces

" I meant why did you kill Shido, you practically left him to be eaten along with those other students " screamed Takashi angrily causing Michael face to change for the first time since this whole incident began

" is this why you did all this ? " asked the now expressionless Michael " you know for a few seconds there I actually started to respect you because I thought you did all this for Rei, I was like ' shit he finally grew some balls and decided to risk his life to try to take back his ex even though there's no way it could happen, not bad you're finally becoming a real man ' only for you to do all this for a dead rapist trash" said Michael calmly

Before Takashi could reply he saw Michael disappear before he felt a heavy hit to his stomach causing spittle to fly as he flew back crashing into several shelves

" I'll spare you once for Saya and Rei " said Michael disdainfully before he turned around and locked the store door

' well that and the fact that I currently don't know what would happen if I killed the protagonist without enough strength

Turning to walk back towards the others only to pause and curse as he saw his timer in the corner of his eye
